“I went to the team at Biostrap with a problem and were able to come up with a fix within an hr. Once my sensor was diagnosed faulty, they sent me a new one right away with great instructions and follow up. That’s amazing.”

“Overall I like the Bio strap. The application provides a lot of data. I only have 2 not positive things to note. For no display the battery life short. And second, often i takes some time for the Biostrap to talk with the app when starting a workout. Often I have to rescan for bluetooth connections to find the Biostrap before my workout recording would start. I know it is not my phone because my bluetooth earbuds and watch remain connected to the phone the whole time.”

“I had to have my Biostrap replaced because it went into "brick" mode twice and was unusable. The return process was easy enough, but they forgot to send out my replacement. I had to email them and ask to complete the process. I have been thinking of buying the foot pod, but now I am not so sure I want to do that... I think I will wait to see how this Biostrap works out.”
“At least there's been decent customer service from the few people I've reached out to. It would be a lot nicer to have someone to talk to on the phone to get answers to problems in minutes instead of the back and forth email communication that takes hours or days... Bottom line, I expect more than two days of functionality from a device after paying $200. I've had to send back broken Biostrap wrist devices twice already, and the third one I currently have doesn't work. Guess I'll have to wait during another week or more in limbo while shipping back my current broken device and hoping to receive a 4th device in the mail that actually works.... beyond frustrating.”
