I received my Biostrap wrist and shoe pod. I placed them on the charger to charge. No issue. I wore them for a couple of days and the app said the wrist one was low so I tried to place on charger and it would not charge. I waited the 3 days as suggested and nothing. Yes they are replacing the wrist but I would rather just not have to do this at all. I would rather just return everything and get my money back. I am not happy at all that in just 2 days of having the item that it is already not working and fear that this will happen again.

When you device stops working. It was a little annoying to have to wait 3 days to figure out if my device was now a tinny brick, but once support made the call to return the device to get a new one... that all happened really quickly. I’m back in business. Support at Biostrap is managed by real people!!! Thank you for the quick response times and clear help to get me back on track.

The strap pin/clasp broke. The screw stripped. Contacted support for assistance and they suggested super glue! Brand new strap and I should super glue it?!?

Will not consistantly connect to bluetooth. No way to connect when it stops communicating.Software/hardware issues

This can be way better, please come with some updates fast. Being that the Biostrap have no display, it needs to be very useful then what it is. Please come with updates

You are always so responsive to questions, it's great. You answer questions quickly. Biostrap is a great product. I have a low heart rate so it's great to see RHR, sleep, actdivity. etc. It gives so much information. Great product.

I have had my bio strap for a week and it has come off twice at night while trying to monitor sleep. After that happened, I taped it on with medical adhesive tape but the silicone in the strap keeps the medical tape from attaching tightly. Now I am going to try duct tape and then forget it. I don't think I should have to pay additionally for a new strap which according to reviews is not 100% effective either.

Product has potential to be amazing, but it disconnects and loses workout progress everyday. Constantly have to retrain excercise movements 10-12 times before it finally registers. I spend 45min at the gym between workouts trying to get it to reconnect all for it to lose the workout.

After a bad first experience of a week or two I abandoned use for a couple of months. I began using it again about two months ago. With a couple of firmware updates and a bit of a learning curve I am pretty happy with the device. Scope of measurements are good and the info is practical and very useful. I've used Whoop2 and Nokia watch and Fitbit and Fit Gear. I think this one is tops. the new band is much better but still awkward.

Overall good product but some major issues. 1. No clock. Didn't think this was a big deal but it is 2. All of your straps are horrible. The original and 2.0 it's almost like no one on your development team has worn a watch before. 3. Software is a little buggy. Sometimes not updating sleep, sometimes not counting steps. Overall needs improvement

I’ve used Fitbit and other fitness trackers before, but the BIOSTRAP and SHOEPOD are the best by far. The only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes to sync the data to the phone app. This does seem to be improved with the last firmware update, but can still take quite a bit of time.

My husband showed interest in this product and asked for it a week before his birthday. I was worried about ordering something with little time but I was so pleased not only with the timeliness of the order but the exquisite packaging! It was presented so nicely I didn’t have to even worry about wrapping the gift. Lastly, my husband has loved wearing it and had given great feedback on his sleep. I’ve even noticed a decrease in snoring!

Bought the total health bundle with high hopes and a lot of excitement, but was disappointed in almost every way. App did not reliably capture sleep, could not edit sleep times, are just a few of the issues with the Android app. Very responsive online customer service from Cyan, but should not need it in the first place. Then after about a week, the wrist sensor all of a sudden stopped working. Would not connect, etc. Tried everything in the FAQs and dialed up Cyan once again. Very responsive again, but clearly not given the appropriate guidelines from his/her leaders. I was told that my wrist sensor was "in a state of Brick" and that I would need to wait 3 days for the battery to drain fully, then try to charge and connect, and if that didn;t work, wait an additional day, and try again, then if that still didn't work, they would replace it BUT only after I had received and printed the USPS return label and the return package had been scanned by USPS. Then, and only then, would they send me a replacement and they could not overnight it. Clearly they don't have the product working right, they don't have their processes and customer service policies dialed in, and those are always the result of inexperienced leadership. Too bad, I was hoping this would be a great device that I could use personally and consider endorsing professionally. Had to cancel and request a refund for the whole bundle plus accessories. And even then they charged me 2x a $25 restocking fee... to take back the defective device! Zero stars if that was an option...

I'll caveat this with the fact that my business relies on IoT devices that measure data elements relevant to endurance athletes. In short, Biostrap focuses on the right data, has a great user experience and is offered at a price point that is less than 50% of medical grade devices that offer less information. More specific reasons I like this device include: It's ability to capture my sleep automatically instead of having to do an action within the app. I also like the fact that it is compatible with Apple Health given that's how we integrate with this type of device. I like the way the app surfaces up "insights" as opposed to just "data". Digital experience is much better than other devices out there and I believe is Biostrap's key differentiator. I can't attest to accuracy as yet other than to say the few tests I've done have been very accurate with respect to Blood Oxygen. I don't have a comparable to assert HRV accuracy and the sleep has been near perfect w/r/t onset, disruptions and awake information.

This is the SECOND replacement. The first one arrived very fast. The current one has taken much longer. Not sure why.

I’m a professional in the field of exercise science and nutrition applied to Age Management Medicine and Biostrap is seriously dedicated to provide health info with no need for fancy stuff. Good battery life, intuitive app and an amazing capacity to “learn” exercises that later will automatically detect. It forces you to focus on having good form, which is already a great help! The team behind seems to be really determined to dig deep into health data. And the connectivity with other devices tells you they are here to help and not trying to step on other great companies’ feet. I’m a satisfied professional customer.
