This is a dishonest company. Do not use them. Advertised as UK but is in US. So many reviews report items paid for and never received. Same happened to me. Ordered 6weeks ago. No response to my emails. Report to Trading Standards and Paypal.

1 star: Bad Just now If there was a 'zero stars' review, Biovea deserves it If there was a 'zero stars' review, I would be all over it. This company claims to deliver within 5-7 days. I placed an order on 16 June and today, on 5 August, their delivery agent knocked on every neighbour's door as though it was a drugs raid until they found someone to answer, in the middle of a pandemic when you are only supposed to deliver to the person named on the packaging. I had been in touch with their Customer Services department (should be renamed: 'customer is always to be put second to company policy services') about 4 times during this time to ask where my order is. Company policy dictates that they cannot assume a product has been lost in the post until after 72 days. They use UPS as their shipper, which in my experience is ALWAYS a bad start. Slow, rude and untimely. So, just touching EIGHT WEEKS later, my supplements arrive with a neighbour. If you would like your supplements within a normal time frame, don't order from this company. If you have an urgent need for whatever it is that you are ordering, don't order from this company. If you expect decent customer service rather than a robotic and inflexible answer to your well-founded complaint, don't order from this company. Ordering from Biovea is a leap of faith that just isn't worth taking. They are absolutely rigid about adhering to their policy of 'it can only be refunded after 72 days if it doesn't arrive because until then we don't consider it lost, and even then it will take a further 15 or so days to reach your account....' AND they use UPS, which is a bad thing from the outset. I will not ever order from them again and would strongly recommend that you find what it is you need elsewhere or prepare to be very disappointed.

Having read all the bad reviews that previous people have experienced, I can confirm that all they are saying is true. I ordered Melotonin in May, and still not received the order. A truly terrible company, the customer service is absolutely appalling. I will never ever use this shower again. Stay clear of them. I hope they go bust. They don't deserve to be able to trade, anywhere in the world.

Ordered 2 months ago and emailed them several times and no response.. absolute scumbags of the highest order.. daylight robbery, STICK WITH AMAZON.

Absolute scam who took my money and say my items are dispatched! They never arrived, they also set up a recurring payment on my card ! My banks fraud office is dealing with them to try and get a refund . They never respond to my emails either ! Scam !!

Warning..... I placed an order the 27th May from the Australian website and it still has not arrived. They said it was in stock when I ordered it, but later found out that the order was coming from the USA. I asked for a complete refund and was told they don't refund shipping. I asked again for a complete refund and was directed to their policy about how they don't refund shipping. Why would keeping the shipping be ok seeing as I never received it. Yes I ticked the policy agreement never thinking that I would not get my order. I want to know for what reason would anyone keep shipping fees on an undelivered orders. Stay away from this sight - they are liars and probably a scam site. I will be leaving negative feedback on as many sites as I can and also on my Facebook page and groups and ask people to share my review. I have in contact with the ACCC and I have reported this site.

Biovea Australia is a ripoff. Two months and still waiting for two separate orders. Part of one order had to be cancelled as despite their website saying in stock in two days it wasn't in two weeks. They partially refunded my money (less postage) despite the remainder of the order being over the free postage threshold. Both remaining orders are listed as being at LA Airport for two months (Biovea website says 5 - 6 business days postage to Australia). Two months later nothing. Robotic responses. Other review sites list the same issues going back over 12 months so Biovea blaming Covid is a lie. Meanwhile Amazon has delivered three items to me from the US in less than a week. Chinese ebayers delivering to Australia in less than two weeks. Biovea Australia is bogus - there is no physical presence here in Australia despite their claims of warehouses all over the world. I would never buy from them again.

DON'T BUY FROM BIOVEA! They deactivated the comments from Facebook, of course. All hey get are complaint for not delivering their products! THE 100%customer satisfaction guarantee doesn't apply. Your delivery will never arrive and they still might make you pay for the shipping ammount. Completely unfair company!

Never buy from this site! Have now undergone 4 months without any package or refund, and they just keep postpone their policy of return. Now they are considering not giving me a refund but just a gift card to their website. After 4 months! Borderline sham operation, considering reporting them to authorites as I have lost 100 dollars at this point.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, huge scam, they will never ever send you anything, they do not have a phone number, all their answers are canned, the last one said "Please contact us after 180 days to discuss about alternative solutions". My bank said they put them on their black list since every month at least 90 people report them !!!!!

e ordered items from Biovea many times and always received the orders in good time. I live in UK. I placed an order in march which somehow got lost. It was a while before I chased it up as I'd expected a delay due to cover. When I finally made enquiries to Biovea they responded quickly and once it was clear the order was lost i was issued with a refund without any fuss. I can highly recommend them

You advertised your products as if you're UK based and even priced in pound sterling? I found this very dishonest and scarm. The product still to arrive weeks later. Please folks never buy anything from BIOVEA.

Just received the product I ordered on 6 April delivered 24 June. I had almost given up but thought it might be because of the very few flights between USA and UK. Sure enough it turned up by airmail. Lots of complaints about non delivery but is this simply down to the delays in air mail because there are not many aircraft flying from US toUK? So if you are waiting don’t give up your product should arrive. Big criticism of Biovea no means of contacting them during pandemic they could at least have put a message on their website about delays in delivery. As far as the product progesterone is concerned I have used it with good results for 13 years

Avoid using this company Avoid using this company, very poor customer service and goods don't arrive. I'm currently in the process of contacting my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Made an order the 16th of May, based on the UPS customer service (that I personally contacted) the parcel was lost in the transit the 24th of May. I tried to reach out to Biovea support several times in the last 3 weeks, with just a couple of generic answer then they stopped reply from 10 days. Totally the worst customer service and platform ever!! ORDER # 41450931
