“I am always delighted with anything I have purchased from biscuiteers. Any presents I have sent to friends, they always comment on how lovely the packaging is, then when they open it, they are surprised by the designs of the biscuits. It is a lovely present to send to anyone.”

“I ordered this as a gift to be delivered on the 16th December. You are asking me for a review on the 11th December. Does that mean it has been delivered early? Will I get a confirmation of delivery? It is being sent to Australia and I haven't heard from the recipient that they have it and as it's a surprise I don't want to ask. Could do with better communication from Buscuiteers.”

“A lovely treat to gift to the special people in your life. My nephew loved his Christmas biscuit tin and is also enjoying eating the biscuits during Advent and which he says are very tasty. They are so good that he is saving one to put on the plate for Father Christmas.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the Luxe Advent Calendar this year. Four very small snowflake biscuits in the 24, a lot of duplicate style biscuits that have no relevance to the season (whales? owls? dolphins?). To make matters worse, biscuits weight in the tin dropped from 275g to 250g. Sorry, might be handmade/decorated and a luxury gift but very poor value for £55+.”

“Hello, I've given you one star because no alternative. If you had a zero box that is what I would click. We received your "What a spread" Christmas hamper biscuit tin recently. They say size doesn't matter but in this case it should. When we opened the parcel we couldn't stop laughing but its no joke and not remotely funny. This 'miniature' is an insult and 'All' for £35.00! What a rip off! Disgraceful. Never again. Graham George ps. Tell Santa he's fired!”

“Lovely product but the service is below par. I accidentally ordered an item for international delivery which could not be sent abroad, my order was accepted and I received an email saying my parcel had been sent - only to receive a request to rate the service I had had, attaching an email (not received but supposedly sent a week after placing the order) telling me my order had been cancelled. I couldn’t rate the service as the ticket was closed, my attempt to explain my frustration was ignored and another invitation to rate service but impossible due to a closed ticket. Really shouldn’t be difficult to provide timely and effective service. Not sure I will be ordering again.”

“I have already written two reviews for each of the items ordered. The reviews said that the biscuits in the tins were not in any foil or cellaphane wrapping. It seems unlikely they will be fresh by Christmas despite May 2022 date on back of tin. i posted this review after delivery some time ago with no response”
