“The biscuits were beautifully iced, the tin would have been lovely if it didn’t have knocks in the paint. Some of the biscuits on the top layer were a little stale. I was disappointed as it was a treat from my late father for the family.”

“I ordered this as a Christmas present, and requested that it be delivered 6 days before Christmas to be there in plenty of time. It has still not arrived, *12* days after the requested delivery date. I am being told that is unavoidable due to Covid (and that I should really have known the delivery date was not guaranteed, and be willing to accept this level of delay!). Hugely disappointing both in service and response. I cannot rate whether the biscuit itself is any good as it hasn't arrived.”

“I ordered Christmas letterbox biscuits for four friends in early November requesting a delivery date of 21st December. On 21st and 22nd December I received 8 emails telling me that the gifts had been despatched with a delivery date of 21st December. Either Biscuiteers have mastered time travel or their IT systems can't recognise that sending out emails saying delivery would take place the previous day is unusual. As it was the biscuits arrived on 23rd and 24th December and were appreciated by the recipients so all's well that ends well. For a company who sells purely on line the systems and communication should be better.”

“Really disappointed. Ordered many Christmas gifts back in October and none have arrived. It’s now over a week since they were meant to be there and I haven’t even had an email to say they’ve been sent out. £100+ on biscuits that probably won’t be edible.”

“Sadly my experience hasn't been a good one. Having ordered a lovely tin of biscuits 3 weeks in advance, for a specific date to give as a luxurious gift. They were made and dispatched after the date requested for delivery and then took 5 days to get here. This was all too late for the gift to be given, so I ended up with an expensive gift to myself! In correspondence it was blamed on COVID extra lockdowns which whilst I understand, I found very frustrating as this all happened after they should have been delivered!! I requested a refund as they hadn't fulfilled the order and I no longer needed them, this I was told was impossible but I was offered a good will voucher on next purchase. The tin is beautiful and biscuits beautifully decorated, it's a real shame they can't deliver what they offer upon ordering.”

“Unfortunately arrived two days late for an 18th birthday, but Royal Mail failed on this occasion. However, birthday girl loved the chocolates, even if the message said Happy Xmas and not Happy 18th. The family also enjoyed the gingerbread characters and said they were really tasty and great fun. I have used Biscuiteers before and will continue to do so.”

“biscuits lovely. but hit with import taxes to send abroad :( On a £10 biscuit had to pay the equivalent of £30 in tax. (sending within Europe from UK to Norway)”
