“Excellent service as always from Biscuiteers but the item has been sat in the delivery office from Tuesday until Saturday!! Recipient now away so it might not be as fresh as should be by time she gets it. Very bad Royal Mail service.”

“I sent the Bee Happy letterbox biscuits along with a packet of Cornish tea to a UK friend in the United States whose father is ill and fading, so that they could have a proper British cup of tea and a biscuit to cheer them up. They could not have been more thrilled.....the perfect pick me up!”

“Having used The Biscuiteers for several years and generally been very happy with their products and service this time we felt the biscuit ordered was not good value. The biscuit part itself tasted as if it had 'been around for a while' and the icing was well below the standard we have come to take for granted. This was also the first time we felt it did not represent 'good value' and will assume it is a 'one-off'. Service as usual was very good.”
