“Hello, I am very disappointed as my biscuits arrived broken in the box. Please could someone assist with a refund as they were not in a suitable state to deliver as a birthday gift. They also arrived a day late.”

“I was sent a Biscuiteers star biscuit over lockdown from my employer, I remember the happiness I felt when opening this beautifully iced biscuit. I wanted to give the same joy to my sister in law on her birthday and so decided to send her the happy birthday set. She was over joyed when she recieved it.”

“Our good luck shamrock biscuit arrived with a slightly broken stalk, but my daughter was still pleased to receive it. I have made a number of orders and the biscuits always look fantastic, but never taste quite as good as they look.”

“Very happy with the biscuits and everything you do but sadly Royal Mail let you down. The biscuits were supposed to be delivered before last Saturday 24th or on the Saturday but I had an email from Royal Mail saying there was a problem and they were being redilivered. So my friend finally received her birthday delivery on the following Monday 26th, her birthday was Saturday 25th and I ordered in plenty of time. Royal Mail didn't explain what the problem was but I was saddened they arrived late. Not your fault at all but I thought you'd like to know. Kind Regards.”

“We regularly buy products from Biscuiteers and are always very happy. Our two recent purchases were for friends' birthday, who were delighted with their pressies. The variety also changes with time, which is a really nice bonus. Great looking and tasting biscuits :)”
