I have bought many items from niscuiteers as presents or pick me ups for friends and family and they have always been beautiful and very well revived

I enjoy buying these biscuits as gifts. The designs are lovely. There’s one for every occasion. They taste delicious. And arrive beautifully and safely packaged. Highly recommended.

My friend received her gift the day after I ordered it. She said it was too beautiful to eat so I can’t tell you whether she enjoyed the biscuit but she loved it all the same.

They were in a lovely box and arrived exactly on the date required.

It hasn't arrived. It was due to arrive 4 days ago. Royal Mail tracking says it has been delivered and it hasn't. Not directly your fault - although I would query using Royal Mail who in my experience are less reliable than many of the courier companies.

After receiving a tin of these beautifully iced biscuits as a Christmas gift I have since sent some as a birthday gift. They are a joy to open - let alone eat! Something very special. (The packaging is lovely too!)

Easy to use website and order process. Slightly disappointed with the quality of the icing of the biscuit that i sent to my friend for her birthday. The icing decoration was a little wonky. The one I recieved for Christmas was perfect.

I’ve sent friends various Biscuiteers treats and they are always so well received. Can’t fault the packaging and the biscuits are just perfect! All I need now is someone to send me some 🤣

I love sending the biscuits through the post and they have always been well received by the recipient. My own reason for dropping a star was that on my last order there was no message so the recipient didn’t know who it was from.

I was kindly given the Master Icing Kit for Christmas as I have wanted to try flood icing for years. “Everything you need to give your home baked biscuits the Biscuiteers touch. Ideal for any budding Biscuiteer” the website boasts. I was initially really happy to receive the kit until it transpires that the cutters are chosen completely at random and there are no instructions or pictures to go from. There is a small booklet contained in the tin which tells you how to make the icing, draw an outline etc but nothing specific to the cutters that were sent. As a complete novice this makes it very difficult to have a good go at a design. It’s the equivalent of IKEA including a booklet on how to screw a screw into a piece of wood but no specific instructions for the bookcase you just purchased. I contacted customer services to request instructions as I honestly thought they must have been missed out. Their response was that the design is left up to the individual and there are no pictures of the finished products! I asked what my cutters were (as one in particular was pretty abstract) and they didn’t know! The product description states “cutter designs may vary” which I assumed meant that they changed them seasonally not that they picked 3 completely at random and when asked can’t tell you what they’re supposed to be! This set is supposed to be the ‘master’ set and yet the smaller, less expensive tins have a theme and instructions! In summary, although the products are packaged beautifully they are not worth the £50 price tag. I could buy all items from a local cook shop (probably for a lot less), if I didn’t need any instructions - £25 would be a better price point for what’s contained. This product totally misses the mark. The description should say “everything you need to give your home baked biscuits the Biscuiteers touch - except for the instructions” In future it needs to include a step by step guide to enable a beginner to produce a good quality finished product.

I've placed a number of orders through Biscuiteers in the past, so want to start by saying that I think product wise, they are fantastic and everyone that has received them, has been very happy. That being said, I placed an order recently to be delivered on a specific date. The date arrived and I had no emails to confirm dispatch, so contacted customer support. I was then told a few days later the order couldn't be fulfilled, and would I like to select something else. By this point the occasion had passed, and had I not raised the problem, my order would have just been forgotten. The apology was also really poor, which is a shame given I imagine most items are ordered as gifts. I've since placed another order, figuring this was a one-time problem, however whilst I knew my recent order had been delivered, I heard nothing from the recipient. It was only when I messaged him to check in that he liked the present, that he confirmed there was no note, no card, no reference to sender included, despite the fact that I'd left a gift message. Kind of spoils the element of gifting when the recipient has no idea who it's from. It's such a shame that service can be really poor, as truly, the products are fantastic.

How dare you inform me today that you cannot deliver the Christmas present I ordered for my 85 year old mother on 3 November 2021 for delivery on 20 December 2021. Covid is not an excuse for you not to fulfil my order in fact if you read your email to me when I chased as I hadn't received my order you assured me it would arrive by today, it was packed and ready to go! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. You have had my money since November! I can assure you that I will be reviewing you company online for others to see so they don't get false promises to avoid being left in the situation I am now, with no present for my mother despite your assurances you would be fulfilling my order!

Corporate Christmas gifts I ordered have now been delayed twice from an original delivery of Dec 17th, to Christmas Eve, and now Dec 30th, which is an unacceptable delay. A request I made for an order cancellation after the first delay, as Christmas Eve was too late, has been ignored. Very poor communication, large delays, and a glitchy website has made this very frustrating. I will not be ordering from here again.

After a failed order stupidly rebooked other items still in stock. Delivery date prior or on Christmas Eve promised but order confirmation then different and Dec 30th. Still no answer from Customer Services.....Really fed up. Company may win awards but service this Christmas has been very poor.

Ridiculously over priced chocolates but might appeal to the "I saw you coming" crowd. Far better if you bought a conventional tin of chocolates and give the rest of the money to charity.
