“Great communication at all stages. The gift arrived on time. It was a gift for my son. He said it was beautifully iced- really well done. I can’t comment on the tasters the taste. He did say it was only small.”

“Funny I’m asked for a review when I never got the order, nor an email an email with the dispatch notice. Order placed on the 22nd August. Very disappointed as I have ordered well in advance for an anniversary. I cannot recommend, exactly for their lack of communication”

“I recently ordered two biscuit collections (Gardener and Best in Show) as thank you gifts - both were joyfully received and one recipient went to so far as to film herself opening the tin so that I would know how much she loved the gift. So far so good, but I then went on to order my daughter some surprise 'going back to school and into 6th form biscuits' which it turns out Biscuiteers are unable to fulfil. I was told late in the day the day before but the alternatives were completely inappropriate. I was offered a credit and had to ask for a refund and for my loyalty points to go back on my account. I feel hugely disappointed in the customer service on this occasion. Clearly, when it goes wrong making sure the customer is still left feeling 'okay' is not important..... :-(”

“I live abroad and I could not go back in Italy because of the pandemic, so I sent one personalized biscuit to my mother to make her smile. The biscuit arrived even before the scheduled time, and my mother was delighted. She sent me a picture, the biscuit was very nice and the writing was very good. She didn't tell me about the taste… because she says it's too cute to eat it! If you look at the product as 'a biscuit', clearly the price seems quite high, but I think it is fair for what they do - at least for the personalized products! Recommended”

“I bought the gin and tonic biscuits and bottle of Sipsmith gin for my friend, who was celebrating a 'special' birthday. I arranged for them to be sent directly to her...and she was thrilled with her gifts. I was equally impressed with the service I received from Biscuiteers, which included regular updates - from the biscuits being iced through to dispatch and delivery.”

“I sent the chocolates to an old school friend, now house bound. She thought them gorgeous, and too beautiful to eat. She did succumb! We are both nearly eighty and love the attention to detail and care taken. Other biscuit gifts were sent Individually to my grandchildren for A and GCSE results, and the tin of Cat biscuits for the whole family, for surviving this horrendous year. Much appreciated by everyone and consumed immediately!”
