“They sent me defective business cards that were completely useless. They don't even look at what they print out and put in the box. I asked for a refund, but they refused. You can’t call them, they don’t give their director’s phone number, they are absolutely anonymous and out of reach.
I lost 1.5 months. I lost potential clients, I lost so many nerves in correspondence with them!
Do not spare money and contact the real printing industry where you can talk to a real person and demand quality or money back.”
“If there was a way to give zero Stars that's what I would be doing this is the most unacceptable ridiculous site and please don't order or try to order anything from them because not only does the product not come but they are unresponsive and don't offer refunds and everything is just a huge ordeal and nothing gets resolved warning don't use the site!!”
“Ordered business cards but got an email saying that tmit wasn't possible to deliver my order and I should contact the carrier to resolve the issue. I contacted the carrier and turns out that Bizay never even handed over my order to be delivered in the first place. So far have not gotten any response to any of my emails.
Feels like a scam to be honest.”

“Don't waste your time or money. I ordered flyers and paid extra to ensure they got to me within a week. I never got anything and submitted to 2 inquires asking what was going on with my order. I never heard anything from, nor did I get my order.”
“Worst experience ever. Half of my order never arrived and was never refunded. What I received arrived more than a month late. Despite shipping costs that are more than half the price of the order, Bizay takes care of absolutely nothing and lets the customer exchange with the intermediary transport companies, which send back to Bizay because it is their contractor! After many lunar exchanges with their customer service and their casual ignorance of my missing order, and their bad faith and refusal of reimbursement, I decided to order elsewhere and not expect anything more from them, I lost a few euros but I kept my nerves. I advise everyone to avoid ordering from Bizay.”
“Awful service, I paid a higher delivery price for expedited Delivery which arrived to the country one month later than promised. I still don't get the package, Its somewhere lost in a packetshop, of which we were not informed. I went to the Packetshop and they say its not there.

“Do not order from this sorry place. I ordered cards, they could not fulfill the order and are refusing to refund my money. Instead they force customers to go to the account where you have to use that money to buy something else from them. They Suck!!!!!”
“I never ordered nor registrated on their site. Yet they spam me per day at least one mail. I already blocked them. I can't unsubscribe from their mails: The mails provide a link to unsubscribe but it - who would have though - doesn't work.”

Had to go through paypal to claim back my money. Avoid this company. The final indignation is they send you about 20 marketing emails a week. I hope this company ceases trading as it is a joke.”
“Waiting for the execution of business cards was 34 days after 40 days, I did not receive any information, I had to contact them myself, I was able to connect after many attempts with the consultants on their chat. I found out that there were some technical problems and if I still want to wait for the execution at no extra cost.
I decided that I would not wait any longer, with such poor customer service and no redress. So they made me wait for my money back for another 10 days.
I will never use their services again and I advise against ordering from this company.”
“Worst service I have ever experienced. I sent a message together with my order that I needed delivery within 5 business days. If not possible, I asked them to cancel my order.
On the website, 48h delivery is promised, in the email confirmation they promise 8 days, but the actual delivery time was over 2 weeks, so when I finally received the item, I had already been forced to order (and received delivery within 48h) from another supplier. They refused to cancel the order, after several emails back and forth refused to pay back and now I have received and paid for an item that I was very clear that I have no use for if they could not deliver as requested.
I will never use their services again and warn everyone of this unserious company.”
