“I can’t speak highly enough of this company and in particular Joanne Jones who helped me throughout my design and purchase of a custom designed weathervane. Efficient, friendly and very helpful at all stages. Very pleased with the quality of the product and would definitely recommend. Can’t wait for better weather so we can fit our weathervane.”

“Delighted with the bespoke paraglider weathervane I had made for my partner for his 40th birthday. Joanne Jones in particular was extremely helpful - and patient (!) with me! Nothing was too much trouble and the product is really lovely, very good quality.”

“I purchased a golf chrome door stop from this company. “I ordered a bespoke weathervane through Joanne Jones who was extremely helpful and informative. She explained that although she would do her very best to get it made and out to me for xmas it all depended on the current climate. In the unforeseen circumstances that it wouldn’t be ready she gave me options of a printed picture which I could place into a card. Luckily for me all was well and I received an email to say it was with the courier and the next day it was delivered to me. I was over the moon with the end result, it was just as I had imagined it to be. I was also impressed with how fast it was delivered and very well packed. I shall definitely recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself. Fabulous!”

“Joanne Jones was my point of contact and the designer of the bespoke weather vane ordered for our Apartment building. She provided an excellent service and provided clear and understandable images to confirm our required design. Despite the challenges of the coronavirus lockdown the weather vane was manufactured on time and delivered within two days. The finished article is a delight to behold and extremely tactile, a shame that it will be mounted out of reach. A more than satisfactory result has been provided.”

“I ordered Silverstone track layout from Black Country Metal Works and was so impressed by it I looked for more from them. At the time they didn't do any others but Joanna got InTouch with me when try did and and I ordered some more as well as some as presents for Christmas. They were delivered impeccably quickly, safely and securely. Very impressed. If I can find more room on my walls I will definitely order more. Thank You.”

“A bespoke house name sign was made for me and I could not have received better customer service. I dealt with Joanne Jones throughout who understood my requirements, made useful suggestions and improved the product for me. All this was done through the medium of email and pictures which is not easy and yet a great product was delivered. I imagine it is far more difficult for people like Joanne when you're not speaking directly to the customer in person.”

“We ordered a custom designed weather vane from Black Country Metal Works for my dad’s 60th birthday. The process was really straight forward and we were guided through it by Joanne who answered all our questions and created the perfect design for us. “Made contact with Joanne Jones at BCMW after seeing a weather vane with a dog. She explained the process really well, & between us we came up with a Dachshund closely resembling a dog of our daughters. She swiftly prepared a very reasonable estimate including posting to our house in France. It arrived a few weeks later & it is fantastic. It will sit proudly on our roof for all to see, very soon. Well done, Black Country Metal Works”

“Having seen the Weathervane Bat design on the website I had an idea for a piece of wall art which incorporated the Bat & Moon with some lettering included within the shape of the Moon. I enquired whether it would be possible to create the design and Joanne Jones, who provided excellent service throughout the process, accurately recreated the description I gave her of the picture I had in my head. Having received the manufactured design which can be seen in the attached photos I can assure any potential future customers that the whole process was outstanding and that I unreservedly recommend Black Country Metalworks, with special thanks to Joanne Jones.”
