“I ordered the brass Pine Cone door knocker, which arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately the rods supplied to fix the knocker were plastic and a bit flimsy. I contacted Black County Metal Works about this and they immediately sorted it out for me by sending replacement rods and bolts that were brass and much stronger! The knocker looks lovely. Thank you for sorting! :)”

“the coal hod I bought was of good quality and sturdy there was only one problem I found with it and it was the handles for lifting it were to close to the hod , making it difficult for me to throw coal in fire , the first time I used it my finger got jammed .”

“Visited the Ironworks, as we had seen the coat hooks we liked on-line, but do like speaking to a person! Ordered them as they were out of stock. They arrived 2 days later & can honestly say love them. As yet hall not quite finished so hooks not in place yet. Thanks to the lovely staff”

“Years ago, I bought a clock from Black Country Metalworks and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, I broke the face of the clock (yes it took some doing, we were working on the house!) It still worked but they are such good value I decided to order another. To my disappointment there were none in stock. I returned a couple of times without any luck, so filled in a 'contact me when in stock' form. A few months later, they emailed me and I bought another clock. It is a lovely design and keeps excellent time. I am so pleased. Wonderful company, I have now been looking at the Weather vanes. They have some gorgeous designs.”

“Ordered a cast iron beach ..... beautiful was well worth the wait..... got it in the sale..... but would have paid full price.... so heavy took 2 men both in the building trade..... both said definitely cast iron so heavy so happy with this product 😀”
