“When my fan impeller cracked - despite it being out of warranty, and the part not normally available as a spare - they offered a free replacement. Customer service was exemplary throughout.”

“I haven't received yet a fan and even haven't used it. Im just gonna say my opinion about the delivery charge. Spending 130 pound and on top still need to pay 7.5 pound for the delivery 🥹. For the service and shipping time im giving 5 stars”

“I found Blauberg while looking for an extractor fan cover. The customer service has been excellent as has dispatch (same day). The product seems excellent quality and is better than any other product I have found to date. Instructions are easy to follow and comprehensive.”

“So first of all you can easily talk to a human, yes they answer the phone, second the person you speak with appears to know the product, third they give ADVICE and don’t just say ITS UPTO YOU!! Thirdly this appears to be a quality German product ( bathroom fans) so not the cheapest but possibly the best”

“I honestly cannot fault Blauberg. Their customer service and technical support has been outstanding throughout my project. It's brilliant to be able to pick up the phone and know my questions will be answered quickly and efficiently. We've had a high quality MVHR system fitted and extra bits added to create a bespoke system. The team was always available to support. Any extra items were with us within 48hrs. Superb!”

“Five minutes to fit, stopped weeks of noise from a constantly flapping vent. The Blauberg external vent, in a colour to match the house bricks, is a masterpiece of design. Larger than the standard vent that comes with extractor fans, the fixing holes can be drilled, sufficiently away from the 112mm hole drilled in the fabric of the property, not to worry about the bricks fragmenting when the screws are fastened. Its large enough for air ingress egress and is weather resistant with the curved shroud. The foam backing sealed the masonry, keeping insects from getting behind the fitting. A small amount of sealant on the outer edges of the backing plate against the masonry sealed it,but that was my personal choice. An excellent product.”

“very pleased with the ventilator to remove kitchen cooking smells. The Cotswold Stone colour looks really classy and blends in with the stonework on my house. Very neat on the outside wall and no banging when the wind blows which is what our other one did. Easy to fix to the wall, just four screws. Just fix it over the opening you already have. Delivery was excellent - prompt and well packed.”

“Nice easy checkout and great updates on the order process. Good price. I did find the delivery a bit costly at £7.20 as i only orders a small bathroom fan at £21 so i would have thought about £5.00 would have been right for a small parcel.”

“nice fan good quality but it has a lip on the side were the wires are this is a tight fit in a proper housing i had to cut out the plastic to allow the fan to fit”

“Excellent service. I ordered late Thursday evening and arranged next ( working) day delivery hence didn’t expect the item until Monday, but it arrived Saturday morning which was excellent- items ordered are of good quality with excellent e mail communication throughout.”
