“Like others, I have had the same BAD experience with the recall. Waiting since Jan. 2024 for the replacement base that I destroyed per their instruction. Every time I write, I get the same boiler plate apology asking me to forgive and understand since they are a small company. They won't be a small company for long--they will be a non-existent company soon enough given their lack of customer service.”

Immediately after, received a notice about the 'bad seal'. First question in my mind was why ship it to a consumer if you know there's a recall on the seal?? We followed instructions to break the seal, submit pictures and get a replacement. Still waiting. No updates received ever. When I reach out to them, they tell me they've started shipping seals out in March of 2024. Well - it's now almost October 2024 and still nothing. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT.”
“I would AVOID BLENDJET at all costs. I also destroyed my Blendjet as requested and it's been about 9 months. I have asked for updates. At one point they said I could just pick a new one and then when I did, they said that wasn't an option anymore. I keep getting emails to purchase a new one. Sure they are willing to take more money from people but not stand behind their promises. TOTAL SCAM!”

I have reached out to their customer service several times to try and obtain a replacment seal.
Each time I recieve a generic reply about seals/replacement parts not being availible for several months. However would i like to buy the new model blend jet 2?

When it comes to a mistake they made and you have to destroy your blendjet and adterwards they have to send you a replacement, you have to wait for almost a year this is not normal. From US to Austria they could send my initial bought blendjet easily within 2-3 weeks but with the replacement product where they dont make money its a problem for almost a year now - dont buy from them you will only get excuses!!!”

I bought this from Costco and like always, we go by what Costco is selling because they have done their research and what not.
I emailed customer support of blendjet that my machine is not working and they said you have passed the 30 day warranty period. I asked how do you know I passed the period and got a reply, since you did not but from us, you go to Costco.

“Very poor experience. After receiving an email about a product recall on the blend jet, we were instructed to destroy the device and that replacement parts would soon follow. Months later, no word, so emailed customer service to be told that the parts should be out by June. It's now the end of August and no outreach from Blend jet. Nothing, yet they continue to send me promotional emails for a product I can't use. Emailed customer service again just to be fobbed off with another copy and paste email response. This company is unable to fulfill their recall promise and what they should be doing is now replacing units completely. My next email will be to the regulator.”
“I bought 2 Blendjet then they recalled both, asked me to cut and destroy the rubber, take photos as proof and I sent to them that was October or November of 2023, emailed them 3x, received the same response, but they have the nerve to sell new units but no time and no replacement to send. Not even a refund!!!”
