On top of that the service was amazing as it arrive on time for her birthday even though the eta was longer. Spoke with customer service on live chat who sorted out my issue and processed a refund for the first order. Now have the larger size and they just look fab! Great purchase, had a small problem with my print as it was slightly too far to one side. I called blim & blum, sent pictures of the print etc & they agreed with me & even let me change the size & to a king of clubs... I had the replacement print in 3 days, it was exceptionally great customer care & a rapid response.
The quality of these prints are exceptional, the thickness of the paper used, the clarity of it & the colours are bright... Really good craftsmanship.
I would totally recommend blim & blum as a company to purchase from, communication, customer service & generally great people are my reasons....

I ordered the sound wave, vinyl wedding song and map print which Blim and Blum were more than happy to help with. The correspondence with Tom by email was very friendly, helpful and professional. “I ordered a song in a frame the first dance of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding for their first Wedding Anniversary. I emailed and asked if they could add one more bar to the fourth line which actually had one less bar than above lines. An email came back saying we cannot add four lines! When I explained I had not asked for that I was told it was impossible but I could add another line on the bottom by taking off the first. Why would anyone think I would want to miss out the first words of the song!! When it came it was not aligned in the frame properly and I could not undo the back and move it as there would have been a space at the top or bottom. I emailed Blim Blum about this. Firstly my emails went un answered then many emails back and forth when they pretended not to understand the problem. For a sheet of A4 paper and a frame I was charged £46 and would expect for that price it was perfect. Quite honestly do it yourself you can get the music on-line for free and buy a frame for well under £10. Extremely bad customer service. I put an unflattering review on their website and surprise surpise it disappeared!”
