Flowers arrived and were nothing like the photo, they were meant to be pink and white roses and they send a handful of wilted pink flowers that I could have bought in Aldi with some green leaves. The flowers were dead after a day. I also ordered a candle and it never arrived. Took two days for customer service to respond with a refund for the candle and a discount for future sales (which I wouldn’t ever use now). Their customer service email said ‘We are an artisan floristry not an assembly line and so sometimes small mistakes can occur due to human error.’ Not sure who thought of that line but it definitely does not come across well! Would never recommend!

Do not order from this website. I have never written a review before but feel this is completely warranted. I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and they are now three days late (still have not arrived). Customer Service is extremely slow, and no option to speak to someone over the phone. I gave clear instructions to ring the recipient of the flowers (gave mobile number twice) and they still did not ring her, resulting in a failure to deliver them. Completely ruined the surprise and left me feeling extremely frustrated having spent a reasonable amount of money. Most of the other reviews are saying the same - wish I had read them.

worst service ever! flowers arrived two days late and were half dead and withered when they did arrive. No response to emails and no phone service available - what a joke. Will never order or recommend this company. The bunch of flowers that arrived looked like they were bought in a shop for a fiver!! So disappointing especially when these were a gift for someone and the price paid for them. Do not order from Bloom!

will never order off these again - flowers were two days late arriving, when arrived the bunch was very small and half dead from not being sent on time. No customer phone service available and no response to emails - the worst flower company I have ever dealt with. Expensive and not worth the money. Very disappointing as these were a gift to someone and they look like they were bought in a shop for ten euro!!

I ordered flowers, chocolates and a candle to be delivered last Tuesday. They were delivered to the wrong address nowhere near the address intended. The correct address was on the order.I’ve emailed 3 times, facebook messaged and tweeted. I’ve sent proof of the text from the lady who informed me flowers arrived to her address accidentally. 48 hours later I still haven’t received a reply. €62 out of pocket and my friend still hasn’t received the package. Very disappointing service.

Ordered the Santa Barbara gift set for my sister in law. Delivered on time and it was perfect. Beautiful flowers and lovely prosecco and chocolates. Would definitely recommend.

Have used Bloom Magic a couple of times recently, fantastic online flowery delivery service. Bouquets are so fresh, friends and family have raved about them, they last nearly 3 weeks! 5 star service, from start to finish.. thank you, will definitely order again, might give a subtle hint to the Hubby;-) !

Flowers are superb I received a photo from the recipient on delivery. The service is excellent and is also excellent value. When all the florists are closed this is such a cleaver way to maintain a degree of normality. Well done and thank you.

Flowers delivered to the wrong address (and 24h late), for a person that it is leaving the country the same week, so not possible to reschedule a delivery. I just discovered the issue because the person that received the flowers called me. You had my phone number and the phone number of the person receiving the flowers (+ her name, of course), but did not double check. I demand a full refund and you are not answering.

Hi very disappointed in the flowers received. Not even half the flowers as shown in advertising photo , listed as premium but definitely not premium and completely not worth the price charged. Poor quality roses. I would appreciate this matter being addressed quickly.

Hi, I was extremely disappointed with this service. I know we are in Unprecedented times but I don't feel that next day delivery should be advertised on flowers if it can not be guaranteed. I ordered flowers on Tuesday evening so delivery should have been Thursday the latest. They were delivered to my friend on the Saturday and by then half were withered or dead. I followed up on the condition of the flower to customer service and was disappointed to not get an email back. I will not be recommending this to a friend. This was 50eur wasted!

First time to order from Bloom and ordered flowers a week in advance of my daughter's 30th birthday (8th May). Requested that they be delivered before 1pm that day (Not a specific time but anytime before 1pm - not too much to ask when booking a week in advance). Flowers eventually arrived at 9.45pm that night, a sad wilting dishevelled bunch. I immediately emailed Bloom that night and three days later have still not had a reply! Appalling customer service experience as a new customer and will not use this company or recommend them to anyone else in future.

Ordered flowers for a birthday present and when they arrived more half were already dying and brown in colour and had been damaged in transit. As it was a birthday present i was incredibly disappointed, i could not even give to the recipient. I emailed the company and asked for a full refund, they replied 4 days later and did not reply to the refund request however did apologize and offered to send the flowers again. I accepted this in lieu of a refund as they were a gift, although late, the recipient could at least get the bunch of flowers intended. When the 2nd bunch of flowers arrived, although better, they still had 30% brown dying roses and what was visibly obvious was that they included far far less flowers than advertised (and delivered in the 1st bunch of flowers). Needless to say i will not be recommending this company to anyone nor will i be using them again. I at least thought after sending replacement flowers they would be the expected quality.
