“Lovely flowers, arrived the day after expected but this wasn't an issue for me”

“The flowers were left at a different address, even though the address with Eircode was given, also the contact number of the person who was to receive them. They were not contacted luckily the honest person to whose house they were delivered to phoned us and we than had to go and collect them late that evening. Clearly no effort was made to contact us or deliver to correct address”

“I have ordered a few bouquets since Lockdown and on the whole although they are beautiful they are small for what they cost. Last week I ordered 2 bouquets to arrive together they arrived at the end of the day and one was not what was ordered and both were very wilted as if they had been in back of a car for 2 days certainly not fresh as previously. I have sent an email which got a generic syst generated email. The problem is you can’t ring Bloom Magic so hard to make a complaint. Now would I order again only because my local florist not open yet!”

“I have used Bloom Magic a few times now since lockdown. The quality is hit and miss but last week I had flowers delivered to my Mum which arrived Worst for the wear! They were very wilted my overall experience is that they are very expensive for what they are the size of bouquets very small. I can’t wait for my local florist to reopen!”

“Hi, I was let down by another Florist and found Bloom Magic on website. I chanced ordering yesterday 21/05/20 for delivery today 22/05/20 to my sister who is isolating on her own. They were delivered on time when they said. Beautifully presented bouquet and candle. Really beautiful flowers - peonies. Can't believe they were delivered to quickly. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I would highly recommend Bloom Magic.”

“Flowers arrived quite late on the day of my mam's birthday, even though they were ordered 6 days in advance. I was concerned they were not going to arrive but was very pleased they did in the end. We were not able to get in contact with bloom magic on the day but they followed up with a nice email the next day.”

“I ordered flowers from bloom magic for my friends birthday to cheer her up during these uncertain times. Her birthday was tuesday the 19th of may Her beautiful bouquet was delivered on the morning of her birthday. She was absolutely delighted with them they were absolutely beautiful. “We have been really delighted to be able to use the service if Bloom Magic , very professional service fast efficient service , the array and selection of flowers is outstanding we are very grateful that a very Happy 80 yr old Aunt was surprised and delighted with her delivery , in the current times where we are on lock down it is an invaluable service I got a code for 10% off which was brilliant to have also , if you are looking for flower delivery choose this company the flowers are outstanding the quality is outstanding and the service is outstanding make a better choice , choose Bloom Magic 🥰🥰🥰🥰”
