“I used these guys to get flowers to my sister for a very important event for her. I was very happy with the selection and the price. I requested a picture of the flowers from my sister to check the quality of what was sent and I was happy with the product. Needless to say she way extremely happy. Just a piece of advice, it would to good to send out and alert to say when the flowers have left for delivery. I was a little nervous but turns out there was no need too be. Thank you very much for getting these to her on the day requested. I do recommend Luxury Flowers and will use them again. Jason”

“I am using Bloom Magic as I have used them before and found them to be very efficient and the flowers to be fresh and beautiful. Only adverse comment is that they show flowers in attractive containers but only offer glass versions. I would have liked to have chosen one of their /?metal jugs instead.”

“The Mini Christmas Tree really is just perfect. It's a great size, and the sack it comes with is very good quality. The packaging is clever and the little lights and decorations are great. I am really pleased I found it.”

Absolutely outstanding care and preparation my friend said the flowers turned up lovely and fresh and beautifully arranged excellent service, I will buy from there again I'm in the UK I search the company out to send them to my friend. “The flowers are always beautiful, original choice of blooms and delightfully put together. Customer service is excellent and clearly committed to quality service and products. On this occasion, their courrier service let them down badly. The first bouquet was delivered 100 miles away and the replacement bouquet left at an unoccupied neighbour's house for 20 hours before finally tracked down. In addition, the courrier imitated the customer's signature to indicate receipt. Frankly inacceptable. Again, Luxury Flowers followed up quickly and did their best to fix a dreadful mess, but their choice of courrier partner let them down. I will use them again, as I do believe they did their best, and want to support a small company looking to provide great service.”
