"I have ordered 2 kg Chocolate cake for birthday one of my staff in management. I paid additional for bullet dilivery and reminded that make sure the cake must not be damage.\r\nFirst of all I have never received the cKe on time it was delayed 2 hours. Then once I checked the cake it was damaged and could not present on any of birthday. I contacted and I asked them to change the cKe since it was damaged. Here I wanted to upload the photo but they have system issue and not able to upload the damaged cake photo. They have not changed the same day of birthday. When I asked them to send next day. They confirmed the delivery guy will reach at 9 am. I was coordinating Mr Essam who is taking care of customer care. He was not able to answer me and received the delivery guy at 12 noon. Once I checked the cake. The taste was pathetic and no one like it so I threw it in to the garbage. That was a big insult front of all of my colleague. Worst experience ever. They charged AED 275 \/- with pathetic and worst service. I always recommend all of you don't rely on website. The cake they show it's look like fresh but if you receive that be old 2-3 days which won't be huge ic for your health. Be aware from thief such as bloom box"

"Overpriced and Not Great Quality\nI ordered 3 plants.\nOne was ok\nOne was not in great condition\nand one was not in a sellable condition.\nI sent an email including photos.\nI was told 'its normal for plants to have some browning following transit'\nand that\n'You should follow the care instructions'\nThe level of browning on this plant indicates that it was neglected for some time before I received it, so to be told that 'I' should now follow the care instructions....\nIt's a bit much.\nBloombox consider the plant to be healthy and will not refund.\nI will not be buying from this company again."

"Really sorry to have to write a bad review here as I had such high hopes for this company. \r\nFirst off the plants, when delivered correctly, are of the highest quality which is why I kept giving them my business. \r\nHowever the last 6 ordered I have placed have been completely wrong. They either haven\u2019t showed up at all, shown up twice, or have shown up completely different to what I have ordered! The customer service has been awful and the owner of Bloombox, after my having reached out to her on Facebook messenger as she created a private group for her customers, has blocked me from making any comments on her group! If that isn\u2019t a sign of a guilty conscience... they really need to pull up their socks if they want to keep their business going but as of now, I would not recommend. "
