Arrangement arrived 4 days late, case was completely broken with shards of glass all throughout the water soaked box, flowers were supposed to be lillie’s, got daisies instead. Teddy bear was pitiful and ugly compared to photo and chocolate was disgusting. Company would do nothing to make up for it, no replacement or refund for anything.

Noone, and I literally mean noone should be using their service. My delivery was dropped off at a random place, and i have been chasing after them for 2 weeks for a refund. They claimed delivery was made and said they will send me the pictures, which they didnt until i called them. Then they confirmed it was a miss delivery, but instead of giving me a refund, they tried to send me the flowers again and claimed now that they put in the order they cant refund me. Their whole system is a scam.

You Service was appalling. Flowers were left on a porch with no doorbell ring or knock after writing on the order that it was being delivered to elderly couple in their late 80's . Flowers were wilted and chocolates melted. This review will be going on google and anywhere else i can find as after calling you offices the person on the other end of the line did not care at all and said it was the delivery drivers fault dont they work for you !!!!!!!!. Very sad end to a 60th Wedding Anniversary Day ! Taking a photo of bad flowers does not fix the problem of the delivery or the disappointment for a retired couple's special day !

On February 22 2023 I ordered a beautiful, full bouquet with large bright flowers for my sister's birthday. I paid over 80.00 for it. What she received was completely pathetic. When comparing the actual product to the advertisement, there is zero resemblance to the product in the photo. I reached out to Bloomex and their response was to say that it met their quality standards. The bouquet had the wrong colour of flowers, wasn't wrapped and presented as expected (which was an extra charge); and most importantly it was missing some of the important floral details that were the reason I purchased it in the first place; but they didn't care about that and insist that the bouquet received has the correct number of stems, which is impossible as it's missing specific flowers. They have refused to give me a refund despite the website ensuring customer satisfaction. The reviews from their site are absolute garbage, as they indicate a high percentage of customer satisfaction. That couldn't be further from the truth. I only wish I had thought to look for more reviews before purchasing. If I had, I would have seen that their overall customer rating is atrocious and the reviews are filled with similar experiences to my own. I am filing a complaint with the BBB in hopes that I will receive a refund and keep others from going through this. I strongly suggest that anyone looking to order flowers should look elsewhere. The photos on the bloomex site are completely misleading and their service is non-existent. The real flowers in no way resemble the picture of the product ordered, no refund has been given by their atrocious customer service, and they continue to say that the flowers meet their standards. Ordered flowers from the UK for someone in Sydney Australia for Valentines Day, yep ! Not delivered, they said due to courier problems, they offered me an upgrade and I accepted, yes, not delivered, asked for my money back, no reply . I’m Going to report my case to Trading standards Australia, may not do me any good but I will feel better. ( I wish that I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before I ordered )

BUYER BEWARE: BLOOMEX Lacks reliability, quality assurance & customer centricity A great concept for widespread flower delivery but BLOOMEX needs to work on the fundamentals of quality and customer service. Here is my unbelievably poor experience for order 3940455: 1) It was one of the coldest days of the year and the delivery guy leaves the flowers on the porch in sub-below zero temperatures. Flowers were not found till later that evening at which point they were damaged (see pictures). ------Why didn’t the delivery guy ring the door bell (the recipient of the flowers was home…I paid extra to have them delivered that day knowing she was home.)? ------Why didn’t the delivery guy follow the clear delivery instructions which said to call when delivering? ------Why would BLOOMEX policy include leaving flowers on the porch in such weather, damage is undeniable? 2) I called BLOOMEX and yeah I get it BLOOMEX needed proof that the flowers were damaged. So now the gesture of appreciation, that I had intended for the flower recipients are now inconvenienced to take pictures and the timeliness and reason for sending the flowers is now spoiled. But yes I sent the pictures and a full explanation of what happened. 3) Hearing nothing I called this morning Monday (3 days after the delivery was to occur). To add insult to injury I am connected to Manager “Abu” who proceeds to aggressively tell me that he sent me an email response (which I did not receive), he further does not listen to my concerns and then essentially tells me my only option is that flowers can be resent. I’m not able to get a word in and then he hangs up. Unbelievable!!! I’m so dumb founded that I called back and was told I will get a call back for which I CONTINUE TO WAIT. So in a nutshell thanks to BLOOMEX: I lost my money. I did not get the product I paid for (what was delivered was also not what I ordered). Bloomex spoiled my gesture of thank you towards my friends. I have been treated with complete disrespect by BLOOMEX representative Manager Abu. BLOOMEX has offered me no compensation. BLOOMEX = Disappointment!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THEY ACTUALLY SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR #1 PRIORITY BUT IT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. SCAM On Dec 16/22 we ordered a Xmas bouquet for my Mother-In-Law. When it was delivered, the flowers were dead (frozen) and she promptly threw them out (likely embarrassed). She is an 87 yo women living in a Senior's Assisted Living facility in another province. She has neither a cell, nor an email account. We contacted the company via their online customer service 'chat' text line and were told that a credit is only issued when proof of damage etc. is submitted via a cell phone pic. We advised that she doesn't have one and were put on 'hold' (one moment please) by 3 different agents who dropped the chat and erased the chat history. We called and were advised that was their policy. Asked for a supervisor manager and told that they don't have supervisors or managers. Finally got credit (no refunds) for partial payment. When we called again, we were told that the $15 delivery fee could not be reimbursed because the delivery was made - DEAD??? Fought that and got the full credit however was told when I tried to order that the credit could not be placed against ANOTHER delivery fee. So we ended up ordering a basket and 'supersizing' it to get the full credit and then paying another delivery fee and taxes. Forwarded it to my sister-in-law so she could assess the contents and take pics - 12 items, no supersize and definitely not worth the credited amount. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. IT IS A SCAM.

Purchased flowers to have delivered to sick friend in hospital! Day of delivery we get an email stating the location was to remote which was a hospital in the middle of the city! We called and they again explained the same! We requested a refund to which they responded with it would have to be discussed with management! That was a week ago so we called again today only to be told the same thing! Do not purchase from this company its a scam!

my friend ordered chocolate box from Bloomex to deliver to my house, i heard a short ring on phone , when I called back, the guy who claimed he is Ankit and said he left my house due to I did not pick up call. we were working from home and he did not ring the bell or knock the door, he said he will return the basket to warehouse and somebody will deliver to my house the following day. I thought it would be easy for me to pick up at warehouse so I went to warehouse early in the morning. nobody stopped me so I just walked into the warehouse. you will notice how the mess it is inside warehouse. when I asked one girl how I can get my basket, then they noticed I am not the employee. they asked me to leave and said I can only call the hotline, nobody pickup call if you call hotline, my friend wrote an email to file a claim , and got replied that Ankit has delivered on time. you can see Ankit is a lier as he told me he would return to warehouse but he marked the order as delivered in their system. do not ever try to place order to this company. you will regret if you did.

Bloomex is about the worst company that I have ever tried to deal with. Ordered flowers to be delivered before Christmas. They were not delivered and a week later I was told they were in a depot and could be collected, by which time they would have been dead. I was told the recipient was out on the delivery day. She wasn’t. I was refused a refund. Even though the order was not fulfilled. Foolishly I then tried to resend the flowers. They arrived frozen and very poor value. The original dead flowers were thrown on to the recipient’s driveway two weeks after the delivery date. If this isn’t bad enough they have another devious little trick up their sleeves. Hidden in the small print is the information that if you are outside Canada you will be charged in USD. The charge will not be adjusted to account for the difference in exchange rates. Just another way to rip off the customers. Save you money and do not use Bloomex

Without doubt one of the worst companies I have ever tried to deal with. Delivery ordered for before Christmas never arrived and seemed to be sent to a depot, but I was not told where they were until a week later, by which time they would have been dead anyway. I was told the recipient was out when I know that she wasn’t. I too was refused a refund and originally offered just a fraction of what I had spent. I sent some replacement flowers today which have arrived but apparently are cold and crushed by the wrapping. To add insult to injury, it looks like I have been charged in USD, when of course I had assumed the prices shown were Can dollars. The original box of flowers was thrown onto the recipients driveway two days ago. All completely dead of course. Do not under any circumstances order with Bloomex. Poor product, terrible customer service and total refusal to compensate for their failures

Ordered flowers to be sent to a seniors home. Floral was ordered on the 29th of December 2022. I contacted bloomex on the 2nd of January regarding the flowers as they still had not been delivered. The woman on the phone said nothing could be done as they were in transit. I informed her that I ordered them on the 29th and they said in transit then and were scheduled for delivery on the 30th. Bloomex was called again on the 3rd of January as I had not heard anything. They said the flowers were delivered to the home the recipient was staying at on the 3rd. I received a text from her daughter telling me to ask for my money back as the flowers were so terrible looking below are pictures of what I bought and what was sent. If you want a horrible experience and an embarrassing bouquet of flowers sent, use bloomex

What I ordered vs what I received. I give them 0 stars. Quality not acceptable. Paid extra for delivery prior to noon but arrived after 5pm. Delivery guy left glass door opened which could have broken door. Customer service is garbage! I paid 95$ and was reimbursed 4.20$. Don't waste your time ordering from them if in ottawa area.

I received flowers from this company- they were absolute garbage! Petals were off the roses, they were half dead. The snapdragons were rotten so i had to discard them. The alstroemeria were brown on most of the flowerheads. They ask for a picture so they can tell you it's not their fault. Read the fine print- not responsible for the delivery issues. I feel awful for the person who sent them- complete waste of money!! Would NEVER recommend them!!!!!

Good evening, I ordered flowers for my Mom for Christmas but when they were delivered they were out in the cold too long and most of the arrangement was frozen. Plus I had paid for the largest size but didn’t get it. I wrote and let them know and the next morning the absolutely most perfect arrangement arrived and she was just so thrilled. I was shocked that new ones were sent out and double shocked how fast they arrived. I will absolutely deal with Bloomex again and will tell all my family and friends. I ordered a pine/greenery planter box arrangement for friends for Xmas. They are both diabetic. I had the arrangement sent to my house. Bloomex delivered to me a basket of cookies/chocolates, etc. I told them this was unacceptable and they could pick up the basket and refund my money. They refused saying depending on the temperature, they can substitute anything they want. I am now substituting a DIFFERENT FLORIST for Bloomex. I will never use them again and will spread the word far and wide.

First time customer, I ordered 3 arrangements, added them to my cart, did the next step and paid, then on to delivery, they were to go to 3 different people. Only allowed 1 delivery. I have spent the past 3 days trying to get my money back. The online chat bot askes you to hold then disconnects because it thinks you left the computer. Had to call 4 times before I could reach anyone, Nina refused to pass me to a manager. They have put my order on hold, for a store credit. I don't want a credit; I want my money back. I went elsewhere to send the 3 arrangements, a store credit is useless to me, as I will never use this company again. They have my $156 and refuse to issue a refund. I have never been provided with a receipt. What is wrong with a company that doesn't provide the service yet refuses to refund the transaction? Should this not be against the law somewhere?

I had purchased twice from Bloomex this year; the 1st order was loved by the recipient, the 2nd order has yet to be delivered; i wanted to place a third order today, when i totalled the order - I called the bloomex line, as I could not input my 20% coupon online. I was also told that I could not use my Bloomex Bucks as only one discount per order is permitted. The total came to .01 more than what was left on the gift card - in other words, I had $42.51 available on the card, and the order without my Bloomex Bucks came to $42.52. The level agent suggested I use another card for the .01 difference - i asked for customer service, basically after explaining the issue twice - she told me the same thing - I would have to pay for the order in full. As we no longer have pennies in circulation - all retailers reduce the total - in this case - from .01 to .00. Bloomex refused - they have not only lost this order, but there will be no future orders from me - there are other canadian florists online that offer discounts. Totally disgusted - .01 difference.

Flowers were old and wilting, vase came broken by the driver. Called customer service to complain, hung up on us twice. Please do not order from this place. If I can give them 0 star, I would.
