“I am a very loyal Bloomex Florist cutomer and I have senr in review before, but I just wanted to thank them once more for such kindness and beautiful eternity wreath they created for my cousins memorial. It was magnificent , elegant , delivered promptly and at such a challenging time for the family, this was so much appreciated. For all my experiences of sending arrangements for various events , Bloomex has never disappointed me. I just wanted to acknowledge my sincere appreciation once again..Thank you so very much !”

“I had originally given them a very poor Review. Order was not delivered & when picked up they were almost dead! Instructions were not followed. To date: Bloomex policy does not refund $ but made two offers to make amends for No delivery Aug 15 for her 70 Birthday & dead looking flowers when picked up @ Purolator location. Correct address & phone number were previously provided. With directions to call first . Bloomex offered to: 1. Credit for next order anywhere ($83.87) OR 2. Re-deliver original dozen long stemmed LAVENDER Roses as ordered Aug 15. I chose to have them re-delivered. If Lavender not available call me to see what colour I want. DELIVERED TODAY! Beautiful. Thanks for following through. Much Appreciated!”

“My child ordered the fruit box for mother's day gift($77), which was supposed to be delivered on Mother's day. It was delivered the day before and unbelievably, the fruits are like photos attached. I contacted the bloomex with photos emailed to them. I never wanted to go back to do business with the bloomex. However, they insist to issue a store credit. I hate to get involved with them and want to get a refund. The fruit box was insulting. Shame on you!!!!”

“We ordered a Mothers Day arrangement from London, (ON) destined for Winnipeg. Not only did it arrive a few days early they added a ROSE which was a tremendous bonus as we weren't expecting anything extra on top of the arrangement we chose. That extra special effort you gave is something we will remember—always. You truly are a special company. One which "Cares". Thank you!”

“So many bad reviews… I have never had an issue ordering here. I am in a different province than my family so often order flowers from here for special occasions and they have always looked beautiful for a decent price. I guess be wary but don’t trust absolutely every bad review.”

“I was very disappointed in a recent boquet I sent to my dear friend who lost her Dad. However, because of the excellent customer service I received from Bloomex who offered to an additional boquet free of charge or an in store credit of equal value. I will definitely order from them again. Lenore Sweeney Nova Scotia”

“Bloomex was supposed to deliver the selected bouquet on Jan 19th, but delivered a VERY substandard bouquet (missing most of the main flowers shown) 3 days later. And this was after a 2nd attempt at using them when they couldn't/wouldn't deliver but took my money. They wouldn't refund, but only gave me a store credit. I don't recommend anyone using them in Canada!!!”

“I have ordered from Bloomex for over a decade and have usually had orders to other cities in Canada. All of them were floral orders. This past weekend, I ordered a gift basket. The recipient was extremely please. The package was received in a very timely manner. Thank you, once again, Bloomex!”

“Good evening, I ordered flowers for my Mom for Christmas but when they were delivered they were out in the cold too long and most of the arrangement was frozen. Plus I had paid for the largest size but didn’t get it. I wrote and let them know and the next morning the absolutely most perfect arrangement arrived and she was just so thrilled. I was shocked that new ones were sent out and double shocked how fast they arrived. I will absolutely deal with Bloomex again and will tell all my family and friends. Wishing you a healthy and prosperous New Year.”

“Order No. 3767193 I ordered 3 different baskets from Bloomex on Aug. 4th for my granddaughter who lives in Pembroke. She was very happy and said that they were all very nice. They were delivered the very next day as promised. I'm happy with their service.”

“I am much pleased with the fast delivery by Bloomex. I had ordered a vase of assorted Calla Lilies for my mother on her birthday as a token of appreciation for all that she does for our family. I wished the flowers to deliver fresh and on time to make her day memorable, and the company did not let me down. The vase arrived in perfect state with gorgeous, fragrant lilies that made her day truly vibrant. Thank you team!”

“I ordered tulips for a family birthday, not expecting much. I found the delivery charge (same day = $20 cdn) quite high. However, I ordered them at 1 pm and I got pictures of the delivered bouquet at 5 pm, and the flowers looked fresh and much more like the picture on the website than I expected. The overall price was quite reasonable. I hope they will last for a bit. Overall I'm happy with the service and will likely be a repeat customer.”

“I ordered a double bouquet of sunflowers and sent them to my sister just to say hello. She sent me a picture upon receipt and another a few days later when they were fully open. Absolutely beautiful - so much so that they didn’t look real. Beautiful fresh flowers, great value, and fast delivery. I have spent much more for flowers that didn’t compare. Great experience with this company. I will be coming back for my future floral purchases!”
