“I was disappointed with my last order! It was supposed to be delivered on the 21st, but it didn't. My friend was gonna be back from the hospital and want her to have some flowers when she came back. They got delivered until the 23rd.
Rosa talked to me early on the 23 and explained to me the reason. I understood and said ok to deliver it that morning. I was gonna get an upgraded arrangement. My friend sent me a picture of it thanking me. I didn't see that much of a difference on the flower arrangement, but the base. The one I ordered shows a nice base, but the one they delivered was a cheap looking base. I understand it is hard to have available the exact same base show on the picture, but I was expecting something similar. :( For that price ($100.00) I know I could"ve gotten something better”
