“I ordered a cake from their site.They didn't delivered any cake and I got mail that cake is delivered and no pick called for 3 days.Dont give them bheekh they are fraud.”
“Worst service, please save your money. Never buy anything from them. They will extort money from you even if they are unable to meet the order. Their products have fine prints in grey color which is difficult to read and pay attention to.
I paid Rs. 6,413.40 for bunch of 20 tulips and some "unthinkable gift" from bloomsvilla site. I got email from their customer support on the day of delivery that tulips from your Bloomsvilla order are not available due to regional logistic issue and that they can substitute it by 20 roses. As I knew paying Rs 6000+ for bunch of 20 roses is not worth I refused to accept substitution. Since I refused to accept the substitution they offered me to cancel the order but the options they gave were
1. Cancel and Refund to Gift Certificate - Cancellation charges waived
2. Cancel and Refund to source account - Cancellation Charge - Rs. 200 or 10% of order value whichever is higher.
I tried to communicate back with the customer support and tried to explain them that as I did not request to change any part of order and I am not satisfied by the substitution why should I even pay penalty of cancellation charges. I clearly didnt want any gift certificate because who in right mind would ever want to do business with them after receiving such poor service.
Their refund policy does talk about charging 10% or Rs 200 whicever is higher in case of cancellation but in my case I just refused to accept their substitution and the only thing they can offer me is cancellation. Their is nothing in their refund policy which talks about that customer has to bear the cancellation charges even if that is initiated by bloomsvilla themselves.
Its a fraud to not be true to your service and then ask customer to pay for your own mistakes”
“The delivery was supposed to be at midnight for a birthday celebration. They charged extra 250rs for that. But still didn't deliver in time. A phone number was given in the instruction. But that delivery guy didn't get the number/call the number. Hence there was a miscommunication. Very irresponsible company. My experience was very bad. The company is also not responding in time.”

“These frauds charged 200/- extra for the vase and delivered the flowers without it. I just hope the cake is eggless as they charged extra for that too. Total bill was 1549/-. Don’t know why they cheat customers like this and now they don’t pick up calls. Hold time for each call has been more than 7 mins and I hung up feeling frustrated.”

“Bloomsvilla accepts orders and doesn't deliver. They do no respond to chats once they realize that the customer is calling to complain. Call them on the phone and they just keep you on hold and nobody takes the call. I don't know if they will even refund the INR 2300 that they swindled from me for flower delivery. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLOOMSVILLA, they are a RIPOFF”

“Had a terrible experience. They do not undertake same day delivery. Extremely poor customer service and poor business ethics. They expect you to "read" through their "terms and conditions" in fine print which when read again makes it clear that you are unlikely to get the cake as per the date you ordered and rather as per their convenience. The only number on the website was ringing continuously and no one attended to it. The customer chat we advertises "we respond immediately" was frustratingly unresponsive and agonizingly slow. The cake was to be delivered between 1800h and 2100h and never came through. I had finally cancelled the order and dropped a mail as well to that effect by 2300h. To my shock, I learnt that the business was not even aware of the developments or my email! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO REAL INTENT OF PROVIDING SERVICE BUT DEFRAUD YOU.”
