“I ordered a balloon bouquet from this company. One of the balloons unfortunately had a slow puncture. I contacted the company and immediately got a a response, and a replacement for the faulty balloon was sent out for next day delivery. This meant that we had our balloons ready for our party. I was very impressed with the customer service as I was worried that it wouldn’t be received in time as the party was the day after. The balloon arrangement was beautiful and we all loved it. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Easy to order. Good choice of balloons. Arrived on time. Only drawback would be there was nothing to protect the balloon in the box except a sheet of tissue paper. I did think it would be a balloon in a box then another box. But would order again. Thank you.”

“Hi, I ordered for a Monday delivery ahead of a Tuesday birthday surprise. The order was delivered on Saturday morning, so it wasn’t a surprise for the recipient, and also one of the balloons was half deflated by Tuesday (despite reassurance via email this wouldn’t be the case). I can provide pictures. Service was almost...too punctual?! Very good packaging and product (aside from deflation) though”

“I have always been pleased with Bloonaway until my last order whereby the Birthday Balloon I ordered did not arrive until after the birthday date. I did have the option to pay an additional £3 to use a different carrier as I was advised their was some delay in the Royal Mail system. I would have had liked the option to be asked if I wanted the Balloon to be posted a day earlier! Dissapointed this time around.”

“Placing the original order was easy and I was pleased I was able to choose a specific delivery date as this was what I wanted. There was an issue with delivery but when I contacted BloonAway about it I was really pleased with the service and help I received from Tilly.”

“Unfortunately the delivery was delayed in the post but the balloon was still fully inflated when it arrived and my sister was thrilled with it. Would definitely consider buying from Bloonaway again in the future.”

“A box of lovely colourful, fully inflated metallic helium balloons, three stars and two "60th Birthday", arrived on the allotted day in time for a big Covid birthday, and managed to cheer us up.”

“Website nice and easy to use, good product selection. Only fly in the ointment is the order page says you have to select the delivery date at the checkout page, and the checkout page goes straight through after taking your card details. So my order arrived the next day instead of on the wife's birthday. Bit awkward trying to explain the giant box!”
