Well made filing cabinet. Seems to have good quality fittings. Attractive and functional.

Excellent customer service. There was a slight error on the delivery (only one piece made it on the first try) but it was sorted very quickly and I received the rest of the desk the next day. The customer service team were polite and helpful on the phone and in an email later that day.

Unfortunately, our courier has been experiencing staff shortages and depot closures as a result of coronavirus, which has caused some deliveries to get split up and delayed. We are currently operating as usual and are dispatching all orders as expected, unfortunately, our couriers are experiencing some issues as a result of depot closures and staff shortages caused by the coronavirus. We are working with them to ensure that customers receive their orders as quickly as possible but there have been some delays. The biggest thing with items like this is how well they are protected while in transporting how well is your item packaged and I can honestly say I was thoroughly pleased to see each section of my desk was fully wrapped,padded out and protected !putting the desk together was very easy and no real need of instructions but it did come with one sheet of paper where to put the 4 screws but as I say even with out this it was very simple to do. The desk was perfect size for our gaming room please see picture I stream my gameplay from home on the platform mixer.com/SteelBonsai5357 and was in need of a strong sturdy desk for my equipment and this was perfect.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered for next day delivery, and was emailed to say it had been dispatched! The day it was due to be delivered I was informed it would be delayed to the next day. Still no delivery, I waited 24 hours and called, told that TNT deliver till 18:00 and it is in transit so should be with me - still no delivery! Then an email to say that 'part of my order would be arriving, but not all of it that day' NO! STILL NO DELIVERY! Now on Friday, so I called and was told it will not arrive now until Monday - A whole week after ordering it! As polite as the Customer Service Reps are, making the comment when challenged on next day - I am polite and recognise it is a difficult time for all - that "...Bluespot had dispatched it that day of order to TNT for delivery, and when it is with them it is out of their control!' WRONG! You have a contract with TNT as your supplier, it is your responsibility to ensure your supplier is carrying out your wishes i.e. Next day delivery! You are advertising falsely for next day delivery! It is something you are unable to achieve! The delivery service is appalling. Customer Service very polite. Oh! How I wish you could match it together.

I got my desk without a desk top and tried to call twice with no result currently trying to get hold of this company to locate my desk

Hi Nathan, We're sorry your desk top has not been delivered with the rest of your desk. Our offices have been closed today and over the bank holiday weekend, however, we will be open tomorrow from 9am and our customer service team will be able to look into the issue for you. We have found that some deliveries are getting split up by our courier at the depot due to the large number of items they are handling due to the coronavirus. There is a good chance that the rest of your desk top will be delivered tomorrow if it still has not arrived. However, we will be happy to look into this for you tomorrow, so please either email us at help@bluespotfurniture.co.uk or give us a call in the morning on 0800 804 4760. Once again, we're sorry that your order was not delivered together but we can hopefully get this issue rectified quickly for you tomorrow.

All good, we did have a slight delay on some part of our order but only 1 day and in the current climate that is not too bad in my opinion. I would use them again as all of the furniture was as expected, good quality and free of any transit damage. Price was very reasonable.

Wanted a small but sturdy desk to work from home. Ordered and came following day. Easy to put together and really meets my needs. Plenty of room for my computer, keyboard and cup of coffee! Am recommending to my colleagues.

I received my order very quickly using next day option. The quality of the desk is as expected and described. Its a solid unit. Not like a stereo typical flat pack where it may be flimpy or lesser standard material. I'd like to think its very much like those in offices. Instructions are basic but to be honest its very simple to build. You will need a second pair of hands to hold when assembling. Im very happy and it serves a purpose well, as home office desk. I had issues with a missing part in delivery. When i called, the customer service was excellent polite and understanding. Issue was with courier but they were clear in explaining. Ive got a small chip in my table top which ive informed bluespot about. Doesn't effect me using it at present and they have said should it get worse they would assist in resolving it. So happy with that. All in all good place to buy from.

Quality office desks and speedy delivery. I was expecting some delay/complication with delivery during Covid-19 but next day delivery wasn’t an issue. We got 2 desks for our home office and they arrived very quickly. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the desk I bought. It arrived on time as promised. Assembly was straightforward although clearer instructions would have helped. The quality is good, and the overall appearance of the desk is pleasing. Well done, Bluespot.

I ordered a desk that came on time that was good part . The desk did not have a full set of assembly drawings also parts don’t go together . When eventually assembled without full drawings the parts don’t match . Called customer services told me will call me back or send drawings no called or emailed.now have a partly assembled desk and damaged door and no feed back . This should be a simple process .

Overall I was happy with the quality of the product as it matched the description and pictures (which is not always the case when buying online). The desk definitely does NOT feel or look cheap. Ample storage in the pedestal attachment. Assembly was very easy. Delivery was on time too. Reason why I did not award 5 stars: When I was unpacking the pieces, I noticed quite a big scratch on the front face of the main panel. Since the desk is black it stands out quite a bit which is a real shame as the desk itself is very nice, however I need this desk for work NOW, I am not able to wait for any replacement/ returns etc....
