Lorna at B&M Ayr is disgustingly rude. No hello or any sort of communication had to ask for a receipt myself also. I get working in retail can be exhausting but learn to have some manners. Should not be on tills should be stacking shelfs.

B&M is becoming more expensive I was in there shops around 3 weeks ago for coffee and to my surprise the coffee was exactly the same price as Morrisons I expected the coffee to be a bit cheaper nothing along the lines of the more expensive shops so I guess I'll just have to shop somewhere else for the coffee . B&M not as cheap as it used to be the shop is becoming more like Morrisons Sainsbury's and m&s. I'll probably try farm foods there definitely cheaper for a lot more food products than B&M are for there coffee is cheaper. I do shop around so I know what I'm talking about. Not value for money anymore.

The staff at b&m are very disrespectful and also rude ..I’ve noticed they judge people like myself with a disability ..I will not go in that shop again ..I don’t need to ..they scum ..bye

Warning : if you buy smoke alarms from this company check the dates for replacement. The ones I bought were already 3 months out of date when purchased and I only discovered this when a small fire occurred and the alarms failed to react.

I called into the Stockport Manchester store today for the first time as I was an out of area customer. Well I have never ever been in a store that was so clean(it was spotless, the shelves were well stocked and neat. The staff were very helpful as I couldn't reach some of the items I needed as I'm small in stature. Nothing was to much trouble and they smiled and looked like they have enjoyed their work. I'm out of are, I live in Failsworth so there are a number of stores that I've travelled to, I only visited this store as I needed another store but I will travel out of my way if I experience a shop of caliber.

I visited the drakehouse store above crystal peaks, a few days ago. I went for a duvet for my spare bed, so i picked a king size duvet, paid for it and took it home. But when i came to open it and put the duvet cover on, i noticed the duvet cover was too big. So i checked the lable on the duvet and it turns out the duvet was infact a double, not a kingsize. Therefore must have been packaged wrongly. What a con. Cant help but feel ive been cheated. So just to warn people, if you buy a duvet, make sure to check it!

my sister brought me 2 sets of solar lights for garden 6pound each what a waste of money times are hard to throw 12 pound away emailed customer service if you paid by cash how can you show bank statement to store awful customer service.

i only tend to visit the store in Willesden when I really have to because I usually cannot find what I want and the customer service is not always great, so it is usually as a last resort. However today certainly proves why I don't go into that store, because I met the rudest member of staff who treated me like I was something that she had just stepped in. How dare I had the nerve to simply ask her whether they had an item in stock? I complained to the manager, about her rudeness and lack of customer service, and told him that I would be leaving a review online, so here it is! B&M there are loads of people out there who need a job, you don't have to stick with someone, who hates her job and don't want to be there!

Was told by a kiosk member of staff that I could take my tiny dog into store to exchange an item. Once in the shop I was then abruptly ordered out of store by a middle aged female staff member. Even when I was on my way out of the store she continued ordering me out like I was some sort of criminal. No respect whatsoever Disgusting attitude. I will never shop there again.

Leeds Colton store - Recently recieved a cheque for the cost of my brand new Barbour jacket, however it took 6 months of complaints to their head office prior. My new jacket was ripped on the sleeve by their broken wire basket December 2022. They tried to ignore me and shrug off my complaint, although they had cctv and I complained prior to leaving the store. Their store manager took a picture of my jacket before I left. I took a picture of the basket. I also called customer service as soon as I got home. However........ 50+ emails and 30+ phone calls later, numerous lookups for director level staff on LinkedIn, numerous requests for copies of the cctv footage, which I was told would cost me £200, for the labour and cd burning costs!!! After I threatened to take it further, quoted data protection laws etc, they weren't budging. Finally, after a conference call with one of their bosses and the customer service manager and a further 3 weeks waiting, they to agreed to let me go back into store to view the cctv alongside a member of their staff, so I could show exactly where the basket ripped my jacket sleeve, without charging me for cctv!!! Up to now, 5 months had passed. I then had to chase my appointment time and date to go into store and view the cctv. After 3 weeks, they finally decided to send me a cheque, to cover the cost of my jacket. No compensation, nothing for the amount of times I had called and emailed and been ignored. Clearly, they just expected me to go away, however it was the principle of what had happened that drove me to continue contacting them. I was not happy about paying £190 for a jacket, which I had only worn 2 or 3 times, and their basket had ripped! Terrible company, be prepared to wait forever and email/call a few times a week, should you have a complaint with this company. Their customer service team is an absolute joke and they completley ignore you to try and avoid liability. The worst shopping experience to date.

Re: new store in Mablethorpe: Choice of items is appalling; far too many facings of far too few products - what a waste of space and a missed opportunity this is. Isles cluttered with marketing baskets and boxes, producing an unwanted obstacle course. In all, a thoroughly unpleasant shopping experience. This was my first and last visit.

I went shopping at B&M Stenson Rd, Derbyshire DE23 1JD this store for the last few weeks, very bad shopping experience at this store, The staff bumped into me while pushing trcuk when I was pushing a pram, she not even say sorry, she say that is not my fault. Really very bad shopping experience, will not shop with this store again

Hello Nita here. just like to say a big thankyou to the staff at your store in GOOLE. i go into the store every Sat, your staff are friendly helpful and kind, nothing too much bother for them. I dropped my car keys in the store , they found them and i went back in and they had put them in the back room. I buy plants every saturday, i was just wondering if the girls could do with hose pipe to water the plants. make their job much easier and would save you the loss of your beautiful plants, thankyou once again, well done,xx
