“Is the first time I shopped in BM very very helpful I've just come out of hospital after having another heart attack that's another story but back to BM I could not stand in the queue that day as I wasn't very well and said to the lady I got I can't stand there and I'll cannot put the stuff back she took me through another til and said it was no problem just safe you're not well we understand that since then I moved into a new flat for not well people I had to get new curtains curtain poles lamp shades I got it off on your shop the manager s I said to a unique Gray and not much budget she picked them all out and very very good indeed I can't remember if her names lane or Linda but she comes from Liverpool I'm very very impressed on the service I got as I was in the catering trade for 43 years my question do you deliver from b&m in town Plymouth it's a very nice store I would normally go to the range for things but I will come to yours just on the principle on how helpful you was and I do know Chris Dawson personally you come out on top 10 fold thank you very much indeed Nigel I will show the lady in your store photographs on how it looks and how it looked before as I do not know how to use the phone to do that but I have taken photographs thank you”

“After looking around the Bedford store for ages trying to find Steel Wool, I gave up and went to the till to purchase my other things. I asked the lady at the till if they had Steel Wool, she didn't know but in no time she had asked her colleague who speedily came to help me. He came expecting to carry my bags (I only had a few items) but he said he would look with me for the SW. Turns out he was Security but he walked along the aisles put himself out to help me find the item and to secure it at the correct price. His willingness to help, with no attitude, and his friendliness made it a pleasure to shop in store today. Thank you SIKANDER!!!”

“Just been into your store in Runcorn (Bridge Retail Park) to look at the plants. So sad, majority of them were in a very poor state, totally dried out compost, dead or half dead plants. Why have a garden section if plants are not cared for. Heard other customers commenting about the quality. This was in garden centre section at back of store not the plants at front of store”

“Staff too bone idle at Crossflatts store to get off their backsides to help. Products incorrectly priced on shelves. One person on the tills whilst queue halfway down the aisle. Why are you paying a manager who is clearly not managing this store. An absolute disgrace and will not waste my time at B&M in the future.”

“Megan from Dover honey wood Whitfield was a very helpful lovely member of staff I showed her a product number she got her machine typed number in & explained that's a old number but found me the same product just different packaging she even opened it to see if it matched the picture I had taken & it was what I wanted,we then chatted for a while,& had a really lovely random conversation we even had a few laughs I have never seen this young lady before but what a true credit to B & M thanks Megan for making my shopping experience supreme & making my day with your outstanding help”

“Two days ago I bought a Vax dual purpose hoover and washer. It's awful it's so noisy that it woke my neighbour up who works nights and the suction doesn't pick up all the fluff I had to go around with my battery car hoover which did the job. First and last time I buy a Vax”

“Am absolutely discussed that some bloke in batley store asked me what I had down my jacket..I replied by saying are u joking then said do u work here..he said he did work there so I asked for id to which he replied he didn't need id..(which he does)..I opened my outer jacket he then felt in my pockets in my huddy..I was next to be served at the tills and was so embarrassed by this experience..Needless to say I left the goods I was gunna buy..its disgusting that ppl can treat u like this”

“Lorna at B&M Ayr is disgustingly rude. No hello or any sort of communication had to ask for a receipt myself also. I get working in retail can be exhausting but learn to have some manners. Should not be on tills should be stacking shelfs.”

“B&M is becoming more expensive I was in there shops around 3 weeks ago for coffee and to my surprise the coffee was exactly the same price as Morrisons I expected the coffee to be a bit cheaper nothing along the lines of the more expensive shops so I guess I'll just have to shop somewhere else for the coffee . B&M not as cheap as it used to be the shop is becoming more like Morrisons Sainsbury's and m&s. I'll probably try farm foods there definitely cheaper for a lot more food products than B&M are for there coffee is cheaper. I do shop around so I know what I'm talking about. Not value for money anymore.”

“Warning : if you buy smoke alarms from this company check the dates for replacement. The ones I bought were already 3 months out of date when purchased and I only discovered this when a small fire occurred and the alarms failed to react.”

“I called into the Stockport Manchester store today for the first time as I was an out of area customer. Well I have never ever been in a store that was so clean(it was spotless, the shelves were well stocked and neat. The staff were very helpful as I couldn't reach some of the items I needed as I'm small in stature. Nothing was to much trouble and they smiled and looked like they have enjoyed their work. I'm out of are, I live in Failsworth so there are a number of stores that I've travelled to, I only visited this store as I needed another store but I will travel out of my way if I experience a shop of caliber.”

“I visited the drakehouse store above crystal peaks, a few days ago. I went for a duvet for my spare bed, so i picked a king size duvet, paid for it and took it home. But when i came to open it and put the duvet cover on, i noticed the duvet cover was too big. So i checked the lable on the duvet and it turns out the duvet was infact a double, not a kingsize. Therefore must have been packaged wrongly. What a con. Cant help but feel ive been cheated. So just to warn people, if you buy a duvet, make sure to check it!”

“my sister brought me 2 sets of solar lights for garden 6pound each what a waste of money times are hard to throw 12 pound away emailed customer service if you paid by cash how can you show bank statement to store awful customer service.”
