“My first time in the Strood branch as I don't often go out due to health reasons and struggle with doing simple things. Shelly French you were amazing and the customer service was above and beyond. You smiled throughout and helped with whatever you could at the time and for me you gave more than 100% . For you it might be normal thinking "I am doing my job" but it means a lot to people like myself. Thankyou so much you are amazing.”

“I went to castle marina store and bought some garden furniture which was big and heavy a young lad called Jonathan who worked there had finished his shift but still helped us to the till and helped us with the boxes to the car and also helped put them in the car I wanted to write this review to say what a lovely helpful young man who is a credit to your store.”

“I visited b&m Middleton ( St George) yesterday to Purchase a few items & to get my Elderly mum out I was struggling with my mum as she can't walk very well a member of staff think her name was tracey long brown hair jumped in to help me .she walked my mum round to the till and back to the car she couldn't do enough for us I would like to say a big thank you Excellent customer service 👏”

“i recently visited the B&M store in Burton on trent on two occasions when i needed compost and another gardening item and l was approached by the gentleman who works in the garden centre section of the store. who asked me if l needed any help and he proceeded to search the store for an item that l couldnt find and on the second visit i asked him to help me with the compost and he carried the large bag of compost to my car. i believe that his name is Frank and l commend him for brilliant customer service a lovely person who clearly enjoys helping customers”

“Recently was having difficulty in finder a bench i had seen online. I made many phone calls without tracking one down. I went to B&M Clevedon and could not see any, I asked a young lady who took time to look and found 2 in the next isle. These I paid for and collected the next evening. The chap we first approached for collection was on the checkout. He got someone else covered for him whilst he found our purchase. When putting into car I asked him where I could get another one. He said he would look on the computer and I could ring in. He gave me the phone number, then he said they had a new system in and sometimes callers could not get through. He said if we went to the front of the building and wait he would make some enquiries for us. We did this and he came and said he had found one in Burnham on sea. This chap was so very helpful, we were so grateful and went straight away to buy. We asked two ladies at Burnham both new about the phone call from Clevedon and one went and get the bench. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the best service we have had for a long time. Everyone was so helpful, polite and professional. A lot of other stores could learn a great deal for B&M staff. “Thank you so much to the store man who I think was called Paul, a young man in his 50’s. Today I went to B&M in Station Road, Pool, Cornwall. I needed two single metal framed beds however they only had one. I can’t find any staff on the shop floor so I put my head in the store room and asked for help. I could see he was very busy sorting the stock out but nothing was too much trouble for him, he phoned two other b&m until he found us another one. What a hero he was, honestly I think B&M are luck to have such a polite and helpful member of staff. Thank you so much Mrs Hall”

“Great service from Adrian garden centre yet again, farlington b and m have one in a million as he has been so helpful for the third time, first with artificial grass second with fruit trees and yesterday with stones,sand and edgings, please let him know how appreciative we are if him”

“This review is concerning a member of staff at Southampton Millbrook, Store, Hannah in the Lighting Section. She was most helpful in assisting to find two lamps that I had seen online and which showed availability in the Store but were not displayed with the majority of other lamps. She persevered and finally found them for me in a nearby individualised section. I do wish to commend her because helpfulness was above the usual level of service. Checkout service was also efficient and friendly”

“I shopped at Ilkeston store & the product I wanted appeared to be sold out. Two assistants were very helpful in trying to track one down at other stores but then made my day as they had found one in the store room. Thank you for being so helpful & providing excellent customer service.”

“Would like to say a big Thank you to LAUNCESTON B AND M! The staff Shelia and Lisa were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to find a piece of furniture I saw online and wanted. They couldn't find it but the looked everywhere, and found one in the warehouse, even though it was on the bottom of the pallet. They was even on the phone to track on down for me. Fantastic customer service and highly recommend. Great staff ☺️”
