unacceptable business practice where all stock of the doctor who action figures have been sent up north and nothing being sent to Wales and the South of England. after 3 years of continuous bulk buying from my local store hardly any stores in Wales and the South of England are actually allocated these sets. why is this? I spend on average 3.2K TWICE a year on these items. obviously I do not matter and they don't want my business and my money. as long as Scotland and North of England get all the sets bugger the rest of the UK is it?

B&M was extremely poor at keeping ANY social distancing rules. There were people crowding around everywhere

Went to the Tolworth Branch today and at least a third of the customers were not wearing masks (most of those were younger people). There was a security person standing at the tills doing nothing!!!! WhT is the point of us making an effort and complying with the rules when your shop lets these people in?

Belfast Connswater store Far too many people in store, no social distancing made impossible by the amount of cages of stock on the sales floor and the deputy manager thinking it was a good idea to herd customers to queue down 1 aisle with all other aisles blocked off. The congestion and health and safety risk not only from Corona virus but god help us all if there had of been a fire. This needs urgent attention as when i approached him about the matter he became quite defensive and dismissive. I will not be returning to this store as it is a major health and safety risk .

I worked as a employee for B&m for 10 years. I was racially profiled and racially abused by 2 members of staff. One of which had nazi symbols tattooed on his hand and neck. This is unacceptable on every level. I had to resign from my told because of this and it has effected my mental health. I sent evidential proof to HR of racially hatred that had been posted online by the employees but nothing was done and they still work at the west derby store in Liverpool, I’d advice to stay way clear of this store as it’s disgusting and inappropriate behaviour.

I visited your Heywood store today and was shocked by the lack of concern by staff and many customers regarding covid protection. I entered the store and used the hand sanitiser. (The station was untidy). 3 young females came into the store, without masks, to avoid the rain. The member off staff at the front of store was oblivious to them. I asked them where their masks were. ...they said they’d forgotten them. I told them they should be wearing them. They continued to mess about on the aisle taking selfies of themselves. I approached a member of staff who said they could do nothing about it. I also reported it when I was at the till. The staff were very blasé about it. I also pointed out that the store announcements (on the recorded loop) did not reinforce or encourage people to wear masks. I know you cannot enforce it, and that it is a police matter, but you could at least make an effort to encourage it. From tomorrow it will be law for staff and customers to wear face protection. I suggest your company tightens it’s approach to the current situation and hope your stores will comply with the law. I will have no hesitation in reporting any lack of cooperation.

I brought this gazebo in April and have just head to throw it out to the scrap man. The metal has twisted and bent to the point where one top bar had snapped. A waste of £100

I felt trapped in the store, just went in to browse and couldn’t get out of the store. The only way out was past two huge queues that were not socially distanced and the other three exits had barriers across them, so I went out the way I came in as it was the only way possible to then have two people chase me down and check my bag. For someone with social anxieties feeling trapped did make me panic and felt really embarrassed being challenged next to the main road. Won’t be going to this store again

I bought 5 masks for £5, got home to find one of them on the row was not in the deal as it was in the wrong place. I was charged £3 more. So I returned the mask still completely sealed and with a receipt. They would not give me a refund as it was a mask.

Unprofessional staff at the Oswestry Garden Centre in Shropshire, no genuine business etiquette. No friendly faces to greet you at the till, perhaps one or two, young people, very factory line, with institutionalised settings, more like an old fashioned work house. Garden centre smells of faesus. Needs new management who genuinely care about the staff and the customers.

If I could give B&M a lower score I would! Customer service at the Trafford Retail park establishment was appalling to say the least. I purchased drawer units on Sunday 30st Aug, only to realise they were defected when i got home so I went back the following day to return. Upon arrival into the store I straight away noticed the hostility from store manager John and checkout staff Adele when i asked to return the item, both accusing me of damaging the product overnight. They both claimed that Adele, the check out staff, at the time of sale the item wasn’t damaged and she adamant about it even though she never made contact with the item as it never had barcode attached to it. She lied. She instead had to request the code from a colleague. CCTV footage will confirm that she never had line of sight with the item. Store manager John then proceeded to point out other defects on the item that he claimed they were not there at time of purchase. I of course denied aster were untrue, after a little while he threatened to call the police on me for being “aggressive and hostile towards him and the his staff members.” What a joke. I did eventually return the item at a different B&M store without difficulty. John and Adele had made me out to be a liar and had me embarrassed and completely humiliated in front of the entire store. Never in my life I have seen such sickening, detestable customer service. Store manager John, check out staff Adele at the Trafford Retail park B&M. David.

I brought a gazebo 3 weeks ago the stitching on the fabric is shocking rang customer services who stated as it was outside nothing they could do as it states not to be left outside. The lady on the phone told me to dismantle it every night and the reassemble the next day I told her it’s in use everyday as it’s summer but she was having none of it won’t be buying again

Customers are wearing face masks in good faith to protect others in the paisley store. No staff member wearing masks to protect customers. I felt unable to keep safe distance at till when packing and paying. Screens not adequate and then assistant started whistling to make the situation worse. This is second time I have felt unsafe in store. I will not be returning and I will share this experience with family, friends and colleagues!

Staff had no idea of social distancing. One actually touched me twice from behind. Only two tills open, long queues at each, and four/five staff kept standing close chatting whilst one filled a perfume stand which was situated in the middle of the queue. Horrible experience. No wonder Bedford has a high number of cases.
