The site wasn't allowing me to add items to my cart so I phoned customer service because they boast how helpful they can be, however, no one answered and I left a message. No one to this day has called me back. I also opted for my mother to receive her gift on Friday before Mothers Day, however it was delivered days earlier which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, the products are lovely and my mum was super happy to receive her hamper. I will definitely use Bockers&Pony again!”

“I love the flat out bear for a baby gift, but the suitcase packaging was more flimsy than I expected- definitely ornamental and not to be used as a play toy as I'd assumed. Also "next day" shipping from Sydney to Perth took from Friday when I purchased online to the next Wednesday for it to actually be delivered. $16.95 for shipping at that rate is a bit steep. A cute looking but expensive gift package”
