“I have been ordering this shake for years. I believe in the benefit of probiotics and this is a top notch product. I have a nice shaker that I put a scoop in and add water after my workout. It provides the protein my body needs and curbs and cravings I used to have. The flavor is unique but I enjoy it.”

“The website is outdated and not user friendly. I don't like the taste of the protein powder it's a shame it only comes in one flavor. I do like the green powder and the supplements. I've sent messages through the 10 day gut detox program and never received a response. The recipes don't say how many servings they make.”

“Body Ecology is a program I’m so thankful to have found. I’ve tried many different approaches to address Candida overgrowth, and this one just seems to make the most sense with emphasizing the different principles and keeping the PH at a favorable level so digestion is optimized and disease doesn’t have a conducive environment to grow. I find it to be a gentle approach to rebalancing the gut microbiome, with excellent support and products, although the products do add up. Overall though, I’m pleased after 3 months and consider Body Ecology like a training for developing healthy lifestyle habits. In time, I look forward to slowly adding legumes and berries back in. I think the hardest part for me has been eating to 80%. Last thi, their customer service is really helpful if you have a question. Definitely call. They’re helpful in answering questions. Body Ecology is a great find! Good luck!”

“To be fair, I'm to receive a 15% off coupon for this review. That said, I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of the products. One might feel that Body Ecology products are expensive, but you can watch for sales or purchase the bundles. Customer Service is somewhat limited and the only reason I rated them a 3 instead of 5.”

“I've been using Digestive Care multi for years and they make a huge difference in how I feel. This product helps me to digest my food. Years ago when I started my journey on healing my digestive problems, I needed to take ta pack before each meal. After years of focusing on repairing my gut, I've come a long way. Now, I ONLY need to take a pack for one meal - my first meal of the day- and my digestion is smooth the remainder of the day. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there have been a handful of times my product went bad during shipping in the hot humid weather, and another handful of times I ordered online and the product wasn't even shipped for almost two weeks. I had to call Body Ecology directly to have them shipped. I will say the customer service is AWESOME and they've always fixed the problem.”
