“I have been following the Body Ecology Diet and using BE products for 6 months now. I don't know where my health would be without it. I love the ancient earth minerals, Probiotic protein shake and Vitality Super Green, LivAmend and Coco and Innergy Biotic. It has definitely helped turn around my leaky gut and other digestive issues. The shakes are so customizable, quick and easy for a person short on time in the morning as a booster to my breakfast to get me through a long and demanding morning at work. Ordering and shipping is also fast and easy. I'm so glad I found BE!”

“I started the BOD a few years ago and loved it but for some reason I stopped. Probably because I travel a lot. Now here I am with aches and pains which I’m sure are caused by inflammation due to all the sugar I consume. I’ve only been back on it a week and already feel a lot better. I notice the craving for sugar has decreased a lot, BM’s are much better. I love my green smoothie every morning and the cocobiotic sips throughout the day.”

“This product tastes “green” but it helps to calm a mild interstitial cystitis flare for me. I’m sure it has to do with its alkalizing affect on the body. This green drink has worked best so far of the 7-10 green drinks I have tried.”

“Respect your efforts to make this world a healthier place. Still experimenting with sauerkraut, MTHFR MUTATION is a factor. Up till now haven't tolerated cruciferous veggies. Starting slow. “Since the last 2 or 3 years, my nails got thinner and weaker. They would break easily and I had to keep them so short that it was painful. My doctors could not figure out the cause. They prescribed vitamin B thinking that it was a consequence of being a vegetarian. However, I had been a vegetarian almost my whole life (more than 20 years!) and this was something new. By chance I was listening to Donna Schwenk podcast on fermented food and she mentioned the importance of minerals.She said that independently of having a good diet, she took mineral supplement due to the health of our soils (depleted of minerals). She mentioned that she takes Body Ecology and mentioned that she has nothing to do with the brand. Since she gives lot of good information for the sake of helping, I like and respect her. So I decided to try these minerals. It was incredible because in less than a month my nails were stronger. After a month, my nails were normal. And I had spent years with this problem. Now, if I do not take the minerals for 2or 3 weeks, I revert to the weak nails. It is sad because this is also telling me how bad our soils are. But I am happy I found this product!”

“I first heard of Body Ecology several years ago from someone working at a wheatgrass bar. My energy was low and I was searching for better health. I began drinking the protein shake after reading the online reviews. I loved how I felt so I began slowly adding other products after reading reviews. Soon I’ll be 62. I feel wonderful! I don’t take any prescription medications. I meditate daily. Over the years I’ve read the body ecology articles, book, cookbook and with the principle of uniqueness, do what makes me feel great. I appreciate Donna Gates and Body Ecology for their wisdom and great products.”
