“The service from order to delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, my order decision for the large size was not correct. I tried the large unit but is was too big, it was not fitting firmly on my arm or shoulder. I would like if possible to exchange it for the "medium" size and return this one in my possession. If this can be done please advise me of the procedure for it. Regards, Gail”

“Purchased wrong size, contacted customer support about exchanging for larger size, I also offered to pay for return but was advised that they would pay for the return of product plus send out new one at no extra cost. The customer service is amazing. Thank you 😊”
