“If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time or money on these products. The items I purchased, look NOTHING like the pictures. They are very poor quality and completely see-through materials. Even the colours are different. When you try to return something, they come up with a “creative way” to accommodate you and that is send you more junk and you pay the shipping as they don’t refund sale items. EVERYTHING on the website is on sale. Don’t waste your time.”
“Products don’t look like items pictured. Items are cheaply made. They make everything on sale, so when you want to return it, you can’t for “on sale” items. They will offer to replace item for just shipping, but it’s still cheaply made. Plus, it takes about a month to get since it comes from China.”
“This shop is a scam. They send you promotional deals so that their clothing becomes a sale and then you can’t get a refund when whatever your order arrives. I ordered two white dresses that looked adorable in the pictures. They were not true to size. They were not made of good quality material. They did not fit me so I wanted to return them. It took three different emails to finally get someone, they kept redirecting me to their refund policy on the website, and the refund policy stated to contact them before trying to return something. Made no sense. Then since I bought the dresses on sale (because they sent me a promotional code!!) I can’t return the dresses or get my money back. Such a scam. Do not buy from this store. You will be disappointed.”

“If I could give no stars I would. Extremely poor quality. They say made of cotton but it's really made from a polyester and hospital gown material. They say they offer a refund however not on sale items (except EVERY item is on sale). So they actually dont do refunds because literally nothing qualifies as a refund. Very poor customer service.

The product didn't ship for another week as your tracking number stated. We now have an unopened unused package from you we can't return and you stole our $128. “Completely dishonest company. Ordered, made a mistake, contacted them immediately to cancel/change. They said the product already shipped. Then the tracking number came out 2 weeks later. Argued with our CC company and Boho is claiming they are all legit. Scam....Dishonest....bad service and integrity.”
“I do a lot of online shopping and this is the only company I’ve been incredibly disappointed in the quality of the product and even more by the lack of customer service. I ordered 4 items six months ago and I only received 3 items. Two were see through, one was too big, one was too small, and one had a horrible smell to it. I asked the company on two different occasions when I would receive the final product. The company asked me to prove the items I ordered and which I had received, which I did with no problems. They claimed the courier system they used sent me all 4 items so they wouldn’t give me my money back for the item I NEVER received. I still do not have the item and I do not believe it was ever sent to me. This company has stolen from me and I have already told everyone I know never to order from them. “The clothes sizes very by dress or swim suits and when you try to exchange they want to charge you 50% of the item cost to ship new items. When you want just to return, you will be told they were on sale and you can't return. This is a deceptive company. All items show less than list so nothing can be returned or exchanged.
