“There is no professionalism with this company. For one, the images of the "models" are fake. The clothing is not the same kind of material promised, i.e. it's cheap and thin. The stitching is not done correctly and looks off centered. It has been over 3 months since I made the initial order and I still have not receive the last item. I've been in contact with their support team and they give me a bunch of excuses about how it got lost or whatever nonsense. The tracking numbers for all of my items were faulty. I kept receiving an error message when attempting to track them. It's really unfortunate because I liked the images online, but they are nothing like the pictures. Good luck to those who still choose to order from them.”

They will not issue refunds for any items on sale which is everything on their website. Even though they advertise free returns, after doing a lot of digging in fine print it says no refunds on sale items. “I ordered two dresses from Boho Factory about a month ago. When they arrived I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the material. It was cheap, paper thin, and looked completely different online. When I tried to contact Boho Factory for a return label, they would not refund the order because it was past the 15 day period. In reality, I emailed them initially on the 15th day, but it took them two days to email me back. I am now out $65 since they would not refund me.”

“I bought the SUNFLOWER VIBE MAXI. Took ages to arrive and then looks like a very poor copy of the amazing dress in the photo.
Color was more like a nude, rather than a lemon color, which the photo and name imply. The fabric was 100% synthetic, not the cotton blend they say on the description. The length of sleeves and length of dress is shorter than the photos (I’m no model @ 163 cm.) The slight pleating which is evident in the pics, washes out after the first wash, so u r left with something that looks nothing like the photos. Plus stitching in front Seam is coming apart after first wash. Forget about a refund. Despite their promise of refund if not satisfied. The fine print says no refund on sale items and guess what, ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS ‘ON SALE’.
Terrible customer service. Only offered a very small refund, even tho they are selling under false pretense, by lying about the fabric and using photos which don’t represent the actual product they are selling. I Would never have bought this dress if I had known this was what I was getting. Buyer beware”

I Ordered a dress and when it finally came in a month and a half later it looked nothing like the picture on the website with the top being too small and the bottom being too big. The material was so poor and cheap and the inside of the dress was completely frayed. When I emailed them for a refund they emailed me back asking me to take pictures of the item which I told them I did not have time to do and they should know what item they had sent me and the next day they emailed me that my item did not qualify for a refund. I emailed them back for a reason why I didn’t qualify and got no response. I would never buy from this site again! I emailed for my money back since I clearly did not get what I ordered and they said it was not eligible for a refund because of there policy. B.S. it should 100% be eligible since I got a completely different dress from what I ordered!! Not to mention the cheap quality! It was completely see through and frayed on the bottom.
