“I ordered 4 dresses and not only did they arrive late,they were also useless cheap quality, and ugly. i asked to return them and for a refund. They would not give me the return address and kept telling me that they could send me new items instead but i have to pay for shipping. I said No and No, of course. Finally, they said that my items are not eligible for refund since they were sale items! ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS ON SALE!!! of course, they put this policy on fine print expecting customers not to notice it. They also blocked my store account so i wont be able to review the items i want to return. They will block you in FB if you comment negatively on their pictures. “All the reviews I read prior to ordering said if they ordered according to the size chart they had no problem so I did so. Unfortunately that was not correct information. I wear a size 11 normally and ordered the extra large- it was way to small and they would not do a refund because the item was on sale. I really like their selection however I will not order from them again.”

It looked nothing on the pic and they don’t even accept refunds since items were on sale. Mostly all items are on sale though?! They do this to steal your money and don’t even allow exchanges. They need to be charged this is a crime.”

“I do not recommend buying anything off this website no matter how cheap the price is and how cute the outfit is. I have always been weary about buying anything off a site like this and my instinct proved correct. I received my order last Friday which was a pink jumpsuit and I could not be more disappointed. Not only does it ride all the way up the butt crease and create a massive camel toe but the quality of the material is less than that of a hospital scrub though that's exactly what it looks like on. I don't even want to sell it to anyone which is what I normally would do. The fabric is nothing like the picture and the item I received has these ugly cheap white drawstrings which are not even shown in the picture!! Absolutely terrible. The only positive thing I have to say is that the order arrived within a reasonable amount of time.”
