“Ridiculous knock offs in cheap see-through fabric , all items are falsely advertised. You literally receive poorly cut pieces of material with no labels or care instructions in plastic bags with ‘made in china ‘ written on them . My long silver knit jumper was a thin cotton pull on in a copy of the pattern on the website . What the hell?? Do NOT BUY from this site !! They refuse to return as they claim it’s a sale item which is exempt from returns. All the items on the website are ‘on sale’ so it’s a deliberate fraudulent scam. “The $40 dress sent to me was a completely different item than what I ordered. Basically a cheaper knockoff version. Everything on their site has a price in red so they basically claim everything is on sale and therefor refuse to refund me!! The dress is complete garbage, the buttons won’t stay buttoned, wrong color, doesn’t have the tie tassels, and is just cheaply made. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s a SCAM!!!!”
“Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option for this review. I ordered two maxi dresses for $75 in February. I never received a tracking number or notice of shipment despite my efforts to contact the company for assistance. It took 6 weeks to receive my order--terrible! The material used was okay-not good by any means, but could've been worn had they been made well, BUT they were not made well at all. These "maxi" dresses fell 4-5 inches above my ankles! I'm 5'3" and 115 pounds so the fact that the dresses were way too short is telling. I've contacted the company via email multiple times to see what they will do to make this right, but I've heard nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM BOHO-FACTORY! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!”
“I ordered 2 dresses from them, took a very long time to receive a tracking number and any information. The dresses were made with very cheap material and one of them looked like a hospital gown. When wanting to return them, they offered a free exchange but I would have had to pay for shipping which would have costed more than the dresses. Plus, the offer no refund on "on sale" items... their whole website is "on sale". Not good, do not buy from them”

“This company breaks Australian consumer law. They sell all items on sale and then refuse to accept any returns on these grounds (WHICH IS ILLEGAL). Offer free returns on their website but then hit you with their no returns on sale goods policy. The only way to get your money back is make a claim to your credit card company which is guaranteed to work as they have to supply the goods as per their description and without any faults. “I ordered the Retro Butterfly Dress and it was not as the picture shows. The picture shows the dress having some sort of lining for the bottom and the top front of the dress. The dress came completely see through and when I tried to refund, I was told I was unable to, which was understandable as the dress was on sale I guess so I then tried to get an exchange as the dress was defective since it was missing a part of the dress. I have not gotten a response. It has been 3 days since my initial email with them. It says on the website 24/7 help via email. NOT TRUE. The phone number given never allows you to get through to someone, always says line is busy helping other customers and to contact by email then hangs up. VERY DIFFICULT to get a hold of them.”
“It took a month to receive the product, which was a thin and see through maxi dress. For eight days, I emailed with customer service, seeking a return address so I can receive a refund. They refused, saying the dress does not meet the refund policy because it was a sale item. I do not believe the $51 maxi dress was not on sale on the day I purchased it, but now it looks as if it is discounted from the markup price of 199. Their entire web page was different. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Boho Factory. Poor quality and unwilling to accommodate a return and refund.”
