“Ordered 2 dresses from here & a pair of earrings for $97.61 AUD.
I was appalled by what I had received. The first dress looked somewhat alike but absolute horrible quality, you could see right through the dress (this was a white floral dress). The second dress was not at all what i had ordered, I had paid for a green maxi dress, received a blue piece of cloth which was not even the same style of what I had ordered. AND i also had not even received the earrings i paid for.
When you go to look at the refund policy it states that there are no refunds on sale items, but if you have a look through this website, ALL ITEMS are on sale, so of course no refunds.
I emailed Boho Factory regarding the whole situation, but all they could say was 'have you read our refund policy?' and did not acknowledge one bit that the earrings I paid for i did not get.
Not at all helpful, these items honestly look like they have been made from the most horrible quality materials, DO NOT buy from Boho Factory, I can take a guess that all items will probably be this way and seeing as you can't get a refund on sale items but all items are on sale? SCAM.

I bought all dresses in medium. One was so short, it literally didn't cover my lady parts. One was sooo tiny I couldn't get it over my head. One was wayyy too big and baggy. One was completely see through cheap material. One was so baggy and frumpy you couldn't tell what was the front and what was the back. When I contacted the company about getting my money back, they only offered to send me different sizes. After that, they stopped responding to my emails. I waited over a month for these dresses to get here FROM CHINA. Now I dont have anything to wear for my trip to Mexico and am out the money. Please dont get sucked in by their cute ads. It's not the same products that get sent to you.”

All the positive reviews are lies that the company most likely wrote themselves. You can tell they were written by someone that isn’t a native English speaker, were written in the same format/sound the same, and half were written by “men” (don’t know of that many men that would buy a dress AND write a review...), not to mention that all the names are very generic, made-up sounding names...”
“Do not be fooled by their simple sounding return policy!! They put you in an automated email loop (I’m on my third email) with no real response. I have no issue paying for shipping on returns but it shouldn’t be this complicated. One of the items did not fit and they are like “can you send some photos?” The issue is the dress is too short and my rear is out...no I’m not sending you photos of that!! Quality is probably what I should have expected for $30. Shoddy sewing, cheap material. Do not recommend.”
