“The material of their dresses are very cheap. I emailed for a return address and customer service would not provide me with the address. I did not get any of my money back.... I highly recommend not ordering from this company... terrible quality and service”

I wish I had read reviews before ordering 2 items, but I didn't because I saw the "free return" policy which made me believe I actually could return my item. Not only will the company not return my item for free, but they won't accept the return AT ALL. They state that they do not accept returns for sale items, but EVERYTHING on their website is on sale. This is their way of scamming customers out of their money! The item I got was cheaply made and completely see through and unwearable. I hope that this helps others to not trust this horrible company!”
“I would NEVER EVER order from here again. And told all my family and friends the same. I ordered a dress on Feb 12 and it did not arrive until April 10th-almost 2 full months later. They do not provide you with accurate or updated tracking information either so when you are wondering what the heck is taking so long and reach out for some guidance over email, they send you to the same page you’ve been looking at for a month that just says “In transit”. Not where or even how close your order is. The staff is not helpful and absolutely refused to refund my order when I asked multiple times. There is no phone number to contact them so it is very hard to communicate in a timely and effective manner. Worst part is when I did get a hold of the dress, the fit was way way off. I ordered a short in the front long in the back and everything worked fine except the length in the front of the dress barely passed my belly button...the dimensions were just way off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS”

“Boho Factory is a terrible company. They advertise free shipping and returns; however, they do not honor this. I purchased four items from them, and I only received three items after a month. The quality of the three items I did receive was terrible, and there were threads pulling despite the clothing never having been worn. There is no address to return to, and you have to contact them to get an address. I have been trying to get my money back, but all they will offer is one free item in return. This obviously does not compensate for the money that I spent on four items, only three of which I received. This company is a pure scam. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.”
“The webpage says free shipping and free returns . However they do not honor this . I refuse to pay to return something all the way to China when the website is stating it is free. “Terrible. Over 35 days for dress to arrive. Fake return policy — hidden in the details on the FAQ page even though “Free Returns” is posted right by the dress. Apparently anything discounted doesn’t have free returns BUT everything on their site has a discounted price SO it’s a FAKE return policy. Said I could get another item sent to me free with just $33 shipping?? That’s as much as the dress cost practically so I don’t see how that is a good deal. Poor quality dress as well. Stay away from this scam company.”
“This company is a complete scam! Everything comes from China, took 2 months to get my order and 1 item was never even delivered! It is extremely cheap materials made unproportionally and the stitching is terrible. The item I received had a rip in it, was completely see through, the tie string was a shoe lace material and the boob portion was so small it wouldn’t even cover my nipples (and I’m a 32b). When I asked for a refund they only offered for me to pay shipping costs on another item when I didn’t even receive the first item I already paid for! Still have never even offered a refund! This is a joke do not order from this site. Even though they claim “70% off” the items are not worth their original quoted values or even their discounted values as I would not even want the item I got for free because it is simply unwearable.”
“Quality of the dresses were poor, one had a long pull through the fabric and stitches out. The other was seen like a box. Not the shape like on the models. The sweater purchased was not white but a cream colour and very cheap thin fabric for a knitted sweater. All fabrics were cheap. Nice patterns but cheap. Shipping took 3 weeks. And return policy sucks as you pay shipping for their shitty quality.
I have bought maxi dresses online and been happy with the proce quality and shipping. Boho factory not so much.”
“Poor poor quality!!! Dress looked so cute in the picture but in reality not even close. Total epic fail of expectations vs reality. It looked and felt like the cheap disposable paper like gowns you put on at a doctors clinic. It didn't cover the crotch either and was missing a string to tie together. Also slow shipping, came from China. Wish I would have read reviews on this company prior. Took a risk and a total fail. Stay away!!”

I ordered a dress, then within minutes tried to cancel it; emailed their customer service, they told me they would take care of it, then a few days later said that it had already been processed and shipped. I asked them how that was possible since I emailed literally within minutes and got a response within 24 hours.

“Terrible quality clothes, awful customer service, no refund. They offered a 6$ store credit, seriously they did. One dress wasn't even made right. I emailed saying my crotch wasn't even covered in the dress and they asked for a photo of said dress on me to prove my crotch wasn't covered by it. And yes they were serious. Worst company I have ever ordered from.”
“Got scammed by these guys, they told me they could offer me trade price in exchange for advertising the clothes on Instagram. I later found the same dress for the same price or even cheaper!
I feel so stupid right now for falling for it, and need to warn others to stay away from this company.

Also, despite the fact that Boho Factory DID NOT DELIVER some items I actually paid for - they refuse to refund relevant amount. Instead, they keep offering a discount or voucher - which I am not interested in and have repeatedly declared so. Seems their customer service responses are generated by robot. In any case, terrible service and experience.”
