“I am neither vegetarian or vegan but looking to incorporate more plant based meals into my diet. I have tried some the recipes from your YouTube videos and they are so delicious and use easy to find ingredients. I ordered your cookbook to have more of your recipes. My favorite is the Cauliflower Bliss Power smoothie. It’s more like chocolate mousse than a smoothie...delicious! I look forward to more recipes.”

“Good exercises, actually complete, nice setting, nice music, and above all clear speaking of oral guidance well synchronised so as to follow the flow on time with useful tips of correct posture without putting stress which would destroy the "yoga" spirit...
