“I love the Yoga classes from Yin Yoga to yoga workouts. The Videos are so beautiful - all the Places you wish to visit... it is a pleasure to watch when ist is raining outside :) Also the classes are very intense and challenging (for me) but I like that a lot. I improved my strengh and flexibility. I also bought the complete program and its totally worth it!”

“I really liked the Complete program - although Transform is still my favourite, some of the Complete classes are now my go-to! The rythm of the classes was a good fit for me, it is demanding but not too much if you're used to doing Boho Beautiful's Youtube classes. I even added a cardio class from Transform on one of the off days because I really needed to exercise (lockdown time...). It really helped me see how to add Yin practice to my regular work-outs and how I can benefit from it. I recommend it if you are looking to establish a new work-out habit and need to explore different kinds of classes.”
