Bonmarche on line + PayPal = Issues Order on line an pay by PayPal at your peril. I had item delivered to store but found it unsuitable, so followed the advised return to store process. Told I could not return to store because the payment was made using PayPal. I have to return by evri at a cost of £2.99, which does not meet the online and distant selling legislation. Customer care did not help and email to complain, received no response. Will not deal with Bonmarche again.

I had to return an item bought online and was advised can only be returned via the post office and I had to pay the cost which was £8.99 what a shock I have shopped with bonnarche on line many times and have never incurred a charge for returning an item Be aware of this as there is no indication when purchasing my item that there was a charge for returning the item however I was directed to the returns t and cs which did confirm a return fee was my responsibility Iall my previous items I have returned to store so I thought this applied to all items sold by bonmarche it was a very costly lesson to learn and I will not purchase from them again in store or on line very disappointed

i always have remarkable service fron karen and mandy in hastings . i am always made welcome .and because i am partially sighted they help me find my size .and .tell me about new styles available . i cant thank them enough well done . jan miles.

I had amazing service from Linda at the Livingstone store today (28/03/2023). She checked the stockroom for the jeans I was looking for and actually managed to locate a pair. She was so approachable and friendly. Sadly I can’t find a way to bring her to the attention of her employers.

Very rude member of staff at Coventry , who would not serve me when I was in a hurry and behind a lady buying several items. Only one member of staff serving and this person had finished a phone call and was behind the till , stating to me that she had her procedures to do. My would be purchase was cash and would have taken a minute. She was unfazed when I left my item on the counter. I have worked in retail and was trained that the customer is important.

i have been buying from bon marche for a long time also other stores i know my size and bonmarche have the correct size for me a lot of other stores have my size but it dosent fit me sometimes i have to go 2 size bigger so if your an 18 like me an 18 is perfect at bonmarche the staff are there to help and always do have time for you so thank you

I dont usually shop at Bonmarche but I recently visited the St Helend branch looking for Christmas presents. I wasnt sure what I wanted but the customer service I received was outstanding. The ladies name was Annette. She spent time with me advising me of gifts . I must say she went above and beyond and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Annette! 😁

They sent my parcel via Hermes never arrived contacted customer service several times asked to speak to a manager told no one was available they tried to contact Hermes courier they didn't respond to them after 3 days told there wasn't anything they could do Christmas presents aren't going to arrive thanks Bonmarche we were a loyal customer use a reliable courier if i was you

I shop at bon marche in Stockport and have to congratulate the wonderful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them and always greeted with a smile. I enjoy shopping here I like the clothing but the fabulous staff make it all the more enjoyable so Thank you Mary

I sent for 2 pairs bootcut Betty Jeans, one (black) which were perfect the other (Denim) which looked like an old rag, very creased, sewing not finished button hole incomplete gross bright yellow stitching which was not even finished off properly, material of very poor quality, will no longer shop at Bonmarche not the same quality any more.

Ordered sandals online but was sent wrong size by Bon Marche. Have now been told I have to return them by post and pay the postage. It also means a bus journey to post office which I will also have to pay for. Appalling customer service. Will not use again

Ordered sandals online, paid delivery charge to deliver them to a store. Travelled 11 miles to pick them up. Sandals were too big, asked for a refund when I was at the store, was told sandals needed to be returned online. Absolute rubbish service. Returned them online and had to pay the postage. Will never ever buy or recommend this company again

I returned two parcels to Bonmarche via EVRI the first return on 15th June 22 the second was returned on 24th June 22. I have received a refund for the items returned on 24th June but still no refund for the items returned on the 15th. After 8 weeks of trying to contact customer services, it's now time to take this further. Ref. 505532175-32-1 Awaiting Refund. Ref. 505548498-32-1 Refund recieved 27th The customer service is disgusting.

I went your farnbourgh branch today and the lady that served me was really quite rude tried to talk to her and she ignored me twice I have worked in retail and you can't treat customers like that .she was on the first till be front door I shopped about 1230 She did the same toy friend to inwont shop in there again

I have bought a dress that was badly made and I have requested return form (threw away original return form by mistake) They said they would contact me 7-10 working day and have not! I am left with no dress and short of money for my holiday, not likely to Order from them again

I visited the Bonmarche Store in Dukes Walk, Maidstone, Kent today and my mission was to find some new clothes for my holiday. Whilst choosing things to try on, I was greeted by Rachel who asked if I needed any assistance. She then proceeded to help me look for items to try on and took me to the Changing Rooms where she was on hand to assist me if I needed to change something for a different size or I asked her advice as to whether something suited me or not. Rachel even assisted me whilst I changed out of some dresses, as I had got rather warm in the changing rooms! I have never had a personal shopper before but I can highly recommend Rachel. I hate shopping for clothes, so it was really helpful when Rachel offered her assistance as I managed to leave the store with 6 dresses and 2 tops at a very reasonable price and for once I left a Clothes Shop with a smile on my face and something in my bags. I recommend Bonmarche in Maidstone as the Store is very well laid out, with a great variety of clothes, value for money and very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Rachel I now have some new clothes to wear on my holiday instead of the really boring ones I have had for years. :-)

I went into this shop yesterday with my mum. Coventry it was well laid out and lots of sizes from 10 to 22. From dresses to tops to leggings. Swim wear. The price of the clothing was very good. And good quality material. The staff were very helpful. 2 older ladies and a young girl. Even though the shop and staff were very busy they had time to help. Using my mums Bonmarche card i earned here 7 point. I will be going here again. I got leggings and smock top for christning. and black and white summer dress for wedding cost for all was under £40-00. Well done to staff I will give you 5***** well done.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Ordered 5 pairs of trousers on Friday 20/5 and paid for next day delivery £4.50 in order that I would be home to take delivery, simple yeah? Not for Bon Marche. I emailed asking when I could expect the rest of my order to make arrangements for someone to be home, got no response. The rest of my order arrived today, 3 days later, fortunately my husband was home. They don’t reimburse postage costs as a large order (5 pairs of trousers) is split into 2 deliveries! So as long as they deliver 1 item the next day, you receive the rest of your order whenever they see fit and you pay £4.50 for the privilege. Caveat emptor.
