I wish i could give no stars. Absolutely the WORST experience. I ordered books in November to commemorate my grandfather who recently died. They printed them all wrong, then offered a reprint, making out like they were doing me a favour when it was their mistake. I explained I needed them long before christmas and was told this was no problem as the reorder went in the first weekend of December long before the christmas cut off. I am still waiting for my order now, it is still in production and customer service has been appalling with them telling me to just be patient... I never received an email telling me it wouldn't come before christmas either, so have had no idea when this order would come. Bonusprint has absolutely no sympathy or understanding whatsoever, just stop lying to everyone and be honest with your delivery times, and maybe people wouldn't be so angry about it!

DO NOT ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS! Delays only notified at last minute - my family went without Christmas presents for the second year in a row. I thought Bonus Print would have adjusted their production plan but clearly not. Unprofessional and very disappointing.

They promised they would deliver for Christmas, they did not and let me know at the last minute so to late to sort out an alternative present. My elderly parents had no present just an IOU. They should have worked 24/7 to get the orders out and put an end to orders when it became obvious they were not going to fullfil their promises

AVOID AVOID AVOID.Ordered A personalised photo calendar at beginning of December.Promised delivery before Christmas.Few days before Christmas I recieved email saying order couldn't be fulfilled in time for Christmas and that I would now receive in January.Furious,why take orders you cannot fulfill.

Unprofessional Rubbish I will echo the voices of so many others: TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL in failing to meet the guaranteed Christmas delivery and then offering an insulting discount on a future order with them? Really? Why not grow some and send all the late orders for free as a real sorry - yes you might lose money but perhaps not all the customers who will never use you again.

Ordered on the 7th of December, really slow delivery but that’s understandable due to it being a customised item ordered during the Christmas period. It arrived on Christmas Eve so before Christmas, as they said it would. Really good quality calendar, thanks so much.

Feel very let down. I ordered on 12th for the 14th December cut off date for Xmas delivery. I was repeatedly told that my order would be delivered in time for Christmas but low and behold I got an email at 5.30 on 20th December saying it wouldn’t be here for Christmas. I believe they have deliberately misinformed the public and then have let us down last minute to prevent us getting refunds and then shopping elsewhere. Won’t be ordering from them again, god knows when I’ll finally get my order I’ve been told ‘well into the new year’ which for a calendar seems a bit pointless.

Christmas let down. Very poor customer service. I would advise anyone considering using them to read all the reviews first. There is plenty of competition.

SCAM - they put an offer on their website in November, then took more orders than they knew they could deliver before Christmas but when you placed your order they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Four days before Christmas they sent everyone an email saying they cant deliver before Christmas - so too late to reorder somewhere else. Then offer a small voucher as compensation, which you will spend more money on a new order to use the voucher. Nice one Bonusprint, I fell for it - ordered photo calendars and now have no gifts for my family this Christmas because of your SCAM! I am one of hundreds of customers in this position. Merry Christmas Bonusprint!!!

Awful. Website said on the 12th December 'order by midnight and dont worry we'll deliver your order by xmas' MISLEADING FALSE ADVERTISING! email on the 20th saying 'sorry your order wont make it in time for xmas, we'll deliver some time in January' They hadn't even printed it 8 days later! Paying good money for it and delivery! So disappointed, SOME TIME IN JANUARY!!!??? Not the same to give a personalised photo gift after xmas! Anyone who's had this experience should complain to the ombudsman ASA for false advertising, you can't pull customers in with promises then totally let them down! Discraseful, I bet who ever ownes this terrible company wouldn't put up with being treated like that, not to worry for them they are just adding to their big fat pot of money whilst leaving familys disappointed.

Absolutely the same issue as everyone else. Ordered before the cut off time, since received an email saying it won’t be delivered in time for Christmas but ‘sometime ‘ in January, really not good enough when it’s a calendar! I was really looking forward to giving this gift. Feel so disappointed. And postage was £6! Will definitely avoid in future.

Avoid. Highly unprofessional. Highly unprofessional, zero communication despite contact via chatbot, email and Twitter. Ordered calendar before deadline and they even have audacity to say on Twitter to some of the many complaints that the delay issue was flagged in November with overload of orders that they won’t make Christmas deadline however even still continued to take orders and stated orders placed before Dec 13th would arrive on time. Being so dishonest at Christmas for a gift that takes much effort and is very personal and sentimental and then behaving like this says a lot about their company values.

I strongly recommend you DO NOT use Bonus print. I order 8 personalised calanders as Christmas gifts withdelivery date 21st Dec. I have just received an email do say it won't be delivered until after Christmas. I now have no gifts to give all my family on Christmas day!

I had ordered photo calendars for the complete family as Christmas presents. As the order did not arrive within the scheduled time frame, I contacted customer service. I was assured that our order would come by end of the week - much later than anticipated but still just in time for Christmas. Now I receive an email stating: "Unfortunately, due to exceptionally high demand we will be unable to deliver your order before Christmas. We are so sorry for the delay and we know how disappointing this must be." Disappointing? Oh no, you just ruined our whole Christmas presents, why would I be disappointed? Bonusprint, how dare you give me a little voucher to compensate this. Do you really think I will ever order anything from you again?! Steer clear of this one guys and don't trust their delivery predictions.

As with others, ordered on 4th December, contacted support a week ago and was told it was guaranteed for Xmas delivery.. then had an email yesterday telling me the order wouldn't arrive until January. Too late to source elsewhere by that point. I was given a voucher for my next order, but it's not good enough. Shocking, dishonest service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely fuming! Like many others, I ordered well within promised Christmas delivery times. Received an email yesterday to say will NOT arrive in time for Christmas and may arrive sometime in January. Absolutely shocking communication to inform customers so close to Christmas. Avoid at all costs - would give 0 stars if possible!!!!

Left it 2 days before Christmas to let me know my order isn't going to be coming - absolutely shocking service. No1 is contactable on live chat or the phone. worst company I have ever dealt with. Would give a 0 star if I could.
