“The fabric quality was poor on 80% of the things I ordered. Most of the hemming is stringy and the material feels like plastic. Also, returns are very inconvenient as you need a printer for printing return labels. Who has a printer anymore? The clothes look cute on the website but in real life they look cheap. Fast fashion, not worth the hassle.”

“I will never, never purchase from boohoo again. I used to order from them all the time, but this most recent time was the worst experience I have ever had online shopping. I purchase multiple pairs of pants. Every single pair that I received was see-through and I don’t mean just when I bent over. I mean I held it up when I took it out of the package and it was like mesh netting, I could see everything in my room. I reached out to them, they advised me to send it back for a full refund. Not only did they make me pay for shipping back, but didn’t refund me the correct amount. When I emailed them letting them know, they simply told me there wasn’t anything they could do and apologized. What a shitty customer service business. I am left with no items and lost over $15. Avoid boohoo at all costs.”
“It was my first time ordering with Boohoo. I received my order a couple of days after ordering. I couldn't wait for it. I just received my order which includes two dresses and a 3 Piece Duster Bandeau & Skirt Co-ord Set.
All the same size, but none of them fit. The two dresses are too small and the set is too large. Besides, the quality looks very cheap.
So now, i'm paying $4 for returning the package knowing that i've already paid $15 for the shipment.
I'm very disappointed and will never order on Boohoo again.

“COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT.
I don't shop online. My experience with Boohoo proves why I don't but based on the fact that we're in the middle of a pandemic, I didn't have a choice. I will say this, both of my packages made it here before the 7-9 day standard shipping.
Their clothes aren't true to size. As soon as I took my dress out the bag, I immediately noticed that it was about two sizes big.
I also ordered a pair of shoes. When I opened the bag I immediately recognized how small the box was, I looked at the shoes and they're a size 7. I'M A SIZE 9. MY BIRTHDAY IS IN 3 DAYS. The amount of anger I have can't even be explained.
Their charging people shipping per every item that's ordered, with all the money that they're charging people, you would think that they would be more on top of their games. Smh. NEVER AGAIN.”
“Sizing/quality!
Due to Coronavirus I had to resort to online shopping I’m not a clothes snob either my usual is primark or matalan... ordered all my clothes from boohoo one size so they were all identical sizes label wise ordered 7 items - 5 got sent back. Some were so big they hung others were to small and the jeans were so stiff they didn’t feel comfortable to wear at all. So bare in mind sizes are all over the place!”

“I ordered a number of items over a month and a half ago and still havent received my package. I understand that the world is going through challenging times, but it seems that only your service has been delayed so long. I have purchased items from other websites and they arrived a tad late (understandable). Every time I contact customer service they say its not within their control. My package is so late that I will most probably have to put them away for next year since they are winter clothes and summer is kicking in!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED”
“Difficult Company
Unfortunately my experience was terrible due to having to constantly email & argue over my delivery charge and getting it refunded.
I ended up having to contact Boohoo HQ and threaten further action.
Please do not order from Boohoo - they will try to make up excuses of why you can’t have your money back despite the law stating that they have to give it back.
I will never order from them again.
HOWEVER IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM:
Make sure to fill in their cancellation form, send an email or letter saying you are cancelling your contract with them.
Do this before you return your order and within 14 days after you receive your package at your address to get your delivery charge back.

Any information you need should be there unless it has been changed.
Don’t let them take your money and refuse to refund you. Especially when you are entitled to it.
I learned that the hard way.
I’d also advice customers to look into Consumer Contracts Regulations - that should explain more about your right to cancel and get a refund.
And if you need to open a case / complaint against them - try Resolver. It saves all the evidence.

“I ordered next day delivery on items on the 17:4:2020. We are now on the 2:5:2020. And I've still not received my items. I've emailed boohoo nearly every day to be told it's on it's way, I've contacted hermes who deliver on behalf of boohoo. And have received absolutely nothing back. Everytime I contact boohoo all I get is complete lies after lies regarding my parcel. Now today they ask if I will wait till the 4th may. I've asked twice for my money back but still not had it. I will never buy anything from this company again there after care is absolutely appalling. If anyone is thinking about using them then please reconsider as you may end up waiting a month or more. Just like me for something which should have been next day delivery.”
“Items did not arrive. Hermes delivery company logged messages that they came and did not find me. That is absurd, I was at home and no one called, no cards left, nothing. Boohoo refuses to give refund for items that never reached me, taking sides with the delivery company. Crazy scam just to get your money.”
