The best way to benefit as a student is via the UNiDAYS discount, currently 25% off exc sale items and as a premium customer I get free next day delivery. I always end up saving £££s.
Apart from the excellent Style the returns is super easy. You log into your account and select the options for a refund, print off the label they issue you with and post it at the post office. The refund for me has always worked extremely easily.
I've only ever had one problem with Boohoo, when I paid for next day delivery on a Friday and the item arrived on Monday. I didn't receive a refund and was told to wait by the customer service team who didn't help much.
Other than that, I've always loved Boohoo and I am happy to give credit where it is due.”

Dear customers,
I truly hope that you have read the reviews of this company before making your purchases. This is the worst nightmare I have encountered and until now, I am experiencing heavy anxiety.
It’s been 19 days since my package was supposed to be delivered on the 27th September to an address in the Netherlands. I can tell you that I have not received the package and the customer care team does nothing but claim to be investigating the issue. Well, they have stopped replying to my communication at this stage. I have since requested for a refund, to which I have not received any confirmations at all.
I have spent 250 euro for purchases on items on their site and this was quite expensive for me considering I am still a student.
Customers, please beware. Don’t get lured by this company by falling into their trap.
