“Boohoo premier next day delivery is a scam and a money making initiative. Customers are promised unlimited next day delivery for a fee... The orders never r arrive the next day. This is always blamed on the courier. I've asked to raise a complaint as this has happened more than once. Customer service offers me 5 pounds as a good will gesture. Then goes on to say do how not how much 5 pounds is...

“The clothings sizes are bizarre ! I’m a petite 12/14 and I couldn’t fit my head through one size 14 bodysuit. The other I managed to get arms and head in but the length of the bodysuits makes them impossible to fasten unless you enjoy being split into two !

“I paid extra for next day delivery, waited the whole day and no orders arrived. Contacted boohoo someone called shaban offered part refund of ÂŁ2. Shaban also said it’s out of boohoos control that this error had happened and I need to allow another 48 hours for my order. And I still need to pay part of delivery because it was out of their control. How unacceptable especially after waiting a full day for a delivery and taking a last minute day off for it. I would have expected a full refund of delivery because of the inconvenience caused but no it’s only part because I still have to pay for a normal delivery charge.
