“I placed an order on Monday 26th June on their Guest checkout to be delivered next day delivery via Click and collect. The next day delivery obviously cost more but that's fine - this was for a birthday gift.
I did not receive a confirmation email and nor did I receive a message the next day to say the item had been delivered which meant I could not go to the store to as with no receipt/details. Yet the money had left my Paypal account immediately.
I contacted customer services via the email on my Paypal receipt. When I asked them where is my order as I had no email confirmation or tracking code given, they said they could not find my order. Several email were sent asking for the same emails yet not refund was being given nor any effort to find the actual order.
Just on a whim I thought to ask on their Facebook page. Within minutes of private messaging them, they found my order and tracking code which showed it was delivered on the Tuesday to the shop. When I collected it it was confirmed it was delivered to them on that date.
I went back to the facebook page to ask why have i paid 5.99 for next day delivery then if Boohoo didn't commit that and was told they cannot refund that even though they are at fault. Nor was there anywhere on the site to directly contact customer services to send a complaint in except for a short form which had limited characters for a complaint. I know not to use the email on the paypal as again those were automated similar to the Chat Bot. The Facebook messenger staff (Kimberly and Maria A ) again were not helpful saying they would not refund it instead of looking into it knowing BooHoo are at fault!
Such disgusting customer service.”

“1. I couldn't recieve any updates to my email regarding my order. I didn't get the order confirmation, and neither any further updates. The messages were not on the junk\spam folder, and I didn't have a problem like this with any other site, so that was very strange. The customer service tried but couldn't help me, and problem went unsolved.
2. When the package arrived with a couple of things, I was surprised (and mad) to find they sent me an incorrect item! I ordered a shirt and I got a different shirt in the same color. They insisted I return it instead of refunding me, despite the fact it wasn't my fault - it's not like I didn't like it or it was the wrong fit.
I feel disappointed and angry. This was my first (and now last) purchase and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth.”

However, the sizing is well off, and comes up very small.
A size 14 dress fitted like it was a size 10. Trousers size 14 and 16 fitted like a 10 or 12.
The length of the trousers is hilarious. My friend is 5 ft 8 and the trousers are 3 inches too long for her. I am 5 ft 5 with a 29.5-inch inside leg, so I ordered petite and the trousers were STILL 3 inches too short. Boohoo doesn't anywhere state how long their trousers are, because all women have the same leg length, don't they....NOT. and it says the petite are "shorter leg than regular" and made for women "5ft 3 and under". How many women 5ft 3 and under have a 33-inch inside leg?
Completely and utterly stupid.
In addition, the quality is very very poor. The material/fabric is awful and the workmanship is dreadful. Yeah, they're cheap to buy, I didn't expect beautiful quality, but they're truly awful. The entire order went back.

“I ordered a dress that was stated as 'white' on the description, looked white on the image, but when it arrived it was a yellowy ecru colour, nothing at all like the image on the site. It was also very mediocre in quality, certainly not worth the £28.99 price tag.
I paid £4.50 delivery and £1.99 to return - £6.50 outlay for nothing. I also cannot understand why I should be charged £4.50 to have the item delivered but only £1.99 Royal Mail via their returns service to return the same item in same packaging?? “I ordered 17 different style dresses all in Plus 18. I am normally a 16 but know in the past when I order normally the sizing runs small. Every single idem I tried on or attempted to try on did not reflect a plus 18 size in the slightest! I even asked my friend who wears a 12/14 to try one on and it just fit her! An oversized T-shirt which I can only describe as a child’s T-shirt! How on earth you can advise the way you do is beyond me. A hair clip was missing from my parcel. I contacted not for a refund but a replacement....the cost £4! Wow should have been straightforward and simple you would think! No!!! I was eventually informed their footage showed the parcel was packed and sealed appropriately. Now I appreciate their stance on potential losses but something clearly went wrong in the process as I do not have said £4 hair clip. I would not want a fuss over £4.
