“Never ever I´m gonna order from that page again. I received and incorrect item in the beginning of may 2016, did receive the refund after few emails, but the refund of my shipping fees, which I have legal claim on according to their policy, never came. I´m still trying to get my money back, but unfortunately still have not received a positive message. The customer service is just awful, unhelpful and stupid, not able to get any reasonable answer from them.

“I feel the quality of the clothes just doesn't cut it. I bought a dress from Boohoo and after one wear the lace had laddered and the straps were hanging on by a thread. The dress was priced reasonably so I thought it would have been made better considering I paid £18.
I thought this may have been a one off, so I purchased a T-shirt for my boyfriend. The print on it immediately started to appear as if it was peeling off or had been cut with scissors, as it has cracks and slashes in it. I thought with the T-shirt being priced at £12, it was going to at least be made well, but after one wear it already looked like it'd been dragged through a hedge.

“Order sent to another state and lost! Customer service was extremely unresponsive, so several items were out of stock by the time we finally got to talk to someone. Promised 2 day shipping of the replacement items they had and then that was rescinded. Shipping and customer service departments completely incompetent. Don’t bother trying to call anyone there – they won’t address customer service issues anywhere but online – and they’ll address them BADLY!”
“An issue on their website caused 6 of the same products to be charged and delivered to me by mistake. I then had to buy ink for my printer to print the returns labels for all products. The initial order mishap cost me 124.46. I was refunded for the prodicts and not the delivery (which was through no fault of my own). All together, the delivery has cost me 19.96!!!! That is more than 3 of the orders cost individually anyway!
Scared it will happen again! I don't have £20 to give to boohoo!!”

Watch out for colours, poor quality photograph. As an example
(DZZ74643-144-18) Katy Neppy Cap sleeve wrap bodycon dress. In the website picture it
looks a two colour (black/white or navy blue/white). In reality it has more colours (pink,and green/gray) and they are not subtle.

“I ordered 4 dresses I had to return because they did not fit. On may 30th I returned them. It is now July 13th still no refund. There is no number to speak to someone just generic emails every 24hrs”
“I ordered a dress, top, and a choker necklace for next day delivery. But it didn't come for 3 days... and when it finally arrived all the sizes were off (bar the necklace). The top was far too big and the dress of the same size was ridiculously small. I'm a size 16 and it fit my sister who is a size 12. Disappointed is an understatement.”

“Extremely poorly made clothes - stitching is uneven and there has been more than one occasion in which the elastic waist of the skirts that I have bought have not been sewn on properly at all. In other words, the quality of the clothes sold on boohoo would not pass off as acceptable if seen in a store. On one occasion I have had to contact boohoo with regards to my order being sent to the wrong address, the response did not help me in any way and I was told to contact the courier (which a) is not my job to do, it is theirs; and b) after visiting the courier website, they advised me to contact boohoo). Also the customer services assistant addressed me by a random name, which I found almost as funny as I found it offensive. To add to this, they also sent it to the (wrong) address at a much later date than the next day delivery service I paid for promised. In short, buying from boohoo is both a waste of time and money, and I can name at least half a dozen budget high street stores that sell better quality clothing at cheaper prices.”
“Shopped boohoo.com despite poor reviews on customer service and shipping. I paid $15 for expedited shipping, the items were not delivered by the promised date, boohoo did refund me the shipping and said the items would be there in a few days "fingers crossed". I followed up with them once the new delivery date (based on the tracking number) passed to say how disappointed I was and that I ordered those items for a specific event. The customer service agent said they had a delay with their courier and they had no further info, she also wrote I am sorry that you feel this way. Which is confusing, and almost laughable. You're sorry I feel what wAy ? I am disappointed in your customer service, your desire to rectify a problem and your ability to connect with a new customer.
I will not shop with boohoo again.”
