Ordered a pair of black skinny jeans, they arrived on time but when I took them out of the packaging they were covered in white hair possibly dog hair, and had a mark on the pocket after I tried them on for barely 2 mins I came out in a rash. I can’t believe boohoo have sent them out in that condition. I’m pretty sure someone’s worn them and sent them back before I received them, it’s absolutely unacceptable. My second order one of the T-shirt’s logo is faded like it’s been washed and the other T-shirt doesn’t even look like it does on the photo, the logo is supposed to be at the side where a pocket goes but instead it’s in the middle for some reason.

Ordered a pair of jeans over a week ago now. Still waiting and just keep getting told I will receive them! Will never use the website again nor recommend it. Bloody joke.

Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad, well to be fair it’s mostly bad! I ordered an XL in PJs cause I like to be snug and comfy in the house... XL 😂😂 more XXS the waist was 24 inches.. me and my mum laughed together cause it probably wouldn’t even fit my little cousin. Never ever seen poor sizing in my life. They never look like they do in the photos on the models, really bad for body positive due to the terrible sizing. Plus, one of the items was meant to come with shorts and didn’t. I also in the past have paid for ‘next day delivery’ and still waited the normal standard waiting time.

My experience with Boohoo is best illustrated through an annoyingly long winded timeline, because that's what their returns process seems to be like. 30th June: ordered items 6th July: items arrived but were such poor quality they needed to be returned 7th July: items returned 9th July: Boohoo emailed to say they had received them and would refund me 20th July: contact customer services to chase up refund. I'm told that they refunded on the 16th and it should already be with me. I dispute this and they 'refer the case to their finance team' advised to wait 5 days and then get back in touch 26th July: I follow up my query and I'm told they'll message the person I was dealing with, she never responds 27th July: I open a case with PayPal (luckily I paid through Paypal) 28th July: try Boohoo one more time and am told that the refund failed (for unknown reasons) and I'd hear in 3-5 days 2nd August: refund finally arrived If you like frustrating and interminable life admin, shop at Boohoo.

App doesn't work, couldn't get click and collect and they use hermes to deliver which is a joke, no help or options, I never got my parcel after waiting in for three days! Awful!

For starters they could not keep to the promise of next day delivery and stated I had to wait over 2 weeks to see if my delivery would come so I waited but still no show, then i asked for my money back and had to wait for that and when it was refunded they still hadnt refunded my delivery charge so then had to chase them again to get that which again I had to wait for. They were not willing to compensate or offer me anything, I made my order with boohoo for holiday clothing which I didnt get and had to wait ages to even ask for my refund and then had to wait ages for it to reach my bank, I'd been away and come back before I got it, appauling!

Poor poor poor poor service - paid premium and been told after 48hrs I need to wait for a further 72 hours to hear back from the delivery company. Won’t be shopping here ever again.

Clothes are hit and miss. Majority have fit good but an example. I bought a pair of jeans in blue which fit spot on, Then ordered the same pair in in the same size but black and I couldn't even get my ankle in them. Also bought bodysuits again majority fit but then ordered another one I already had in a different colour, A size 8 and it literally fit my 9 year old. I let her keep it as she loved it but strange sizes. Overall good prices, and delivery.

I ordered a play suit from BooHoo. Initially I was quits impressed with the sizing information and according to this info I ordered a size 16. When the item arrived I was very disappointed! There was no way this item was a size 16 and would have been hard pushed to pass as an 8! This has completely put me off ordering anything from BooHoo again.

Terrible!!! The item was unwearable, clearly had been worn as it had marks all over it and a hole in it. The material was shocking. I will never buy from them again.

Premier Delivery Scam Premier Delivery Scam - BooHoo are offering €11.99 for next day delivery for a year at the minute, yesterday as I needed a rush order I signed up to this deal believing I had gotten a great bargain. My order confirmation arrived by email to say my order would be delivered in 5-7 working days.I contacted the company assuming it was a mistake only to be told that no it was not a mistake that I had not selected next day delivery. I informed them that I had just purchased the next day delivery for a year to which they responded that I also needed to select next day delivery again before ordering. Still thinking boohoo would try to fix the error I was informed by a very condescending member of staff that there was nothing they could do to fix this for me even though the order was yet to leave the premises. Boohoo were of no help what so ever. I was asked for a contact number for a manager to call me back. Number was provided but of course I never received a call. I would have selected no stars if it was an option but 1 star is the lowest possible.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IS LIES,ORDERED LAST SATURDAY 13th PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY ,NOTHING,CONTACTED THEM TUESDAY TOLD IT WOULD BE WITH US BY FRIDAY,AS THERE WAS A PROBLEM,NOTHING, CONTACTED THEM SAT 20th TOLD IT HAD BEEN LOST SO WE REORDERED FOR NEXT DAY(TODAY) TRACKED AND SAID BE DELIVERED BY 1pm NOTHING SO MANY TXTS SO MANY LIES NO STRAIGHT ANSWERSOH AND WE HAVE BEEN LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A ONE POUND REFUND ON OUR NEXT DAY DELIVERY THEY ARE USELESS DO NOT USE THEM

Terrible. I paid for next delivery twice unsuccessfully. 2 weeks later I still haven't received the items. I also returned items 3 weeks ago and have yet to be refunded. I'm so disappointed as. they appear to be a reputable and successful company. I won't be ordering again ever.

I paid for next day delivery. Did not receive the clothes the next day as was scheduled, contacted customer service about a delivery refund which they refused to do. Items arrived today late and one of the items stinks of BO, clearly someone else has worn this and not only that but it is the WRONG item. You can't make this up. Such appalling service, AVOID!!!!

I ordered three lace dresses and was pleasantly surprised. The price seemed quite low and shipping was free, so I was dubious, having ordered form a couple of other online sites with poor reviews. The dresses all arrived within the 7 business day time frame, were quite lovely. Seemed well made, did not have any weird odor or defects. Unfortunately, the style wasn't something that flattered me--not the fault of the dresses, for sure. When I went to the return site- it could not have been easier. Label printed and dresses being shipped back today free of charge. So, even though I had some misgivings after reading reviews, I would definitely order from Boohoo again and recommend it to others.

So disappointed with my purchases. I’m 5’6 so within average height range & ordered a playsuit. It was nowhere near long enough and seriously dug in in the most uncomfortable way possible. I also ordered a 3 pack of black tights and a pair of high waisted leggings. I didn’t know tights could be of such poor quality- will probably only be able to wear each pair once as they have already lost their shape. The leggings are made of such cheap material and almost immediately baggy on the knees. I also didn’t know it was possible to have the “back gap” with leggings. AND rather than just having a normal elasticated waist they had a weird sewn in elasticated band which I know is going to get all twisted in the wash. Worse quality than primark and 3x the price. Not impressed and will never order from there again.

Won't be ordering again as products are not reliable in terms of quality . I believe I can get better quality items at the same price from a different site or store, making boohoo nothing special. Delivery experiences have been okay too, so no complaints regarding delivery. My example is that I ordered a frill sleeve jacket and that was good quality and good value. I then ordered a trench coat and material was cheap and looked okay, but nothing that wowed me. Won't be ordering again.

Boohoo delivered the wrong item ordered, when I emailed them to discuss I received an automatic reply stating they would be in contact within 24 hours. 5 days later I had to email again (no option to contact via phone-which is odd) to be told send the incorrect order back and send evidence of this via email then they will send my original order out but I must be quick before it goes out of stock! I have disputed this as, of course I will send incorrect order back, it’s not what I want but when this has happened to my sister with ASOS they have sent her original order straight out and apologised for their error. Customer Service is appalling firstly sending the wrong item, second not responding to original email sent requiring me to chase up 5 days later and thirdly the abruptness of the emails I received back with no apology on their part for a basic packaging error. Do not buy from boohoo-their customer service is appalling, I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
