“Ordered my clothes of an evening (late pm) and I was amazed when they were delivered to my house the next morning, and before 11am!!
The clothes are true to there size and there is plenty choice!
My only negative; is that on Rare occasion some of the more vibrant colours can actually look more illuminate in the flesh.”

Frustrating staff who asked the same questions (for example: send order number.... wtf? I dont have any order number because you dont have my order at all). No, no, noooooo.... summarizing I am very happy that I didnt make money payment, because my bank had technical problems”

“I was going on a night out so ordered a few bits to try and find a new outfit wasn't having much luck but followed the return process 4/5 times absolutely fine money back in my account straight away I was so impressed with this the last 2 things I ordered the most expensive came to £50.00 in total again didn't like them on so followed the same return process I had already done no sign of my £50.00 this has been going on for nearly 2 months now I still don't have my money everyone I contact them they parm me off saying it's my banks fault but it's nothing to do with them! You cannot call boohoo which is ridiculous you have to keep emailing back and fourth getting nowhere so I will never be ordering off boohoo again it's disgusting how they have treated me and I'm taking it further!”
“I paid the £9.99 for the premier delivery for the year as a one off payment but everytime I try to order something else it keeps asking me for another delivery charge . I contacted customer services who so far have been useless in helping with the problem .”
“So this is my second time ordering from boohoo and although one of my item ( a pair of ripped jeans) the Tall Jenny Open Knee Slim Leg Boyfriend Jean - TZZ99821, Size: 12, Colour: BLUE did not fix me as i needed one size up....So will have to return for a refund although i would much rather an exchange of a bigger size of the same jeans, which am aware that they don't do. I am happy with the rest of my products which fix really well and look amazing. The Aaliyah Zip Shawl Collar Coat looks great and the quality is very good for the price. I absolutely love it and the Edwina Printed Strappy Swing Dress which again i think is great and look super nice on me. x”
“First off I'm writing this completely in tears - of frustration. I paid specially to have my package delivered in time for a festival I was attending, which was £7 it doesn't seem like a lot but obviously I had then got myself excited for it etc. On the tracking through boohoo & UK mail it said expected delivery by 22.00. By this time it still hadn't come, I didnt really know what to think so I decided to message them to find out. They then proceeded to tell me they were really busy & basically would take an hour to get back to me. Having already felt disappointed as my package wasn't coming & had waited all night for it. I THEN inbox them again as I don't hear anything for an hour, after all this fuss it then turns out because I re messaged I have to wait another hour. So now its one in the morning & I've been awake nearly all night waiting for this reply. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I wish they had better customer service ! Using twitter & Facebook to interact with people is really not the way forward, feel like I'm being trolled half the time by people saying 'we will get back to you' etc. Its a shame as they have a good selection of clothes but this experience has put me off.”

“Honestly this has been shocking. I have used Boohoo before and have had no issues. However, I ordered quite a few items making my order just under £300- a lot of money to take from my card, and I am aware that refunds are very slow. I ordered next day delivery and my order did not come. I contacted both the courier and Boohoo, both with unhelpful responses. Boohoo very slow to get back, had to e-mail multiple times to get an actual answer. Package now being sent back to boohoo and I am being refunded- I did not want a refund?? I wanted my clothes??? I am going on holiday tomorrow and wanted some last minute items that I had not had time to get. Extremely unhappy, will not be ordering from here again, very disappointed as have always been happy but this has completely tainted. I have overlooked the courier previously throwing my package over the gate even though I have been in all day so I couldn't have missed them, but this had absolutely ruined my experience. Very angry. Very disappointed.”
