Ordered two dresses and they both came in with all kinds of ravels and they are much smaller then the size chart. I even ordered up two sizes. I asked about a refund, and company policy is you pay for your own refunds. It will cost more then the dresses cost to send back to the UK. Please don't buy from them unless you want to be disappointed and be out of $40.”

“If I could give no stars I would. I ordered multiple things and immediately realized I had the wrong size. I emailed customer service so they could correct this mistake before my items shipped. They responded (quickly for once) and said this wasn't possible and that upon delivery I would need to return the items. They also don't do exchanges, so not only am I paying for the return shipping but I also will need to wait for--according to other reviews-- a very long time to receive a refund and order the correct size. That's not even the worst part.
My order shipped on the 16th of October and was to be delivered in 8-10 business days. On Friday the 20th of Oct the tracking info said it was delivered...never received it. I received an email shortly after from Boohoo saying they lost the package and were trying to solve the issue.. not too long later another email saying it was located and on the way. It has been 3.5 weeks (15 business days) and I still have no package or updated tracking info since the 19th of Oct. I reached out to customer service twice about this and they said they were looking into it and would get back to me in 5 business days, 5 business days later and no response. I reached out again saying I needed a refund immediately and they said they would reach out to claims and get back to me by COB. I did not receive a response until I posted a review online. They informed me I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days.. yep you guessed it.. it's been 9 business days and still no refund or response to any of my emails.
It's beyond me how a company that is worldwide and probably receives a lot of business from online customers can have such terrible customer service and delivery. UNACCEPTABLE. Will not be a returning customer, at this point I just want my money back.”
“Paid for Next Day Delivery on 8th November, item did not arrive. Contacted BooHoo and they just said there is a delay it will be with you shortly. It is now 13th November, and I am STILL waiting for my parcel. Tried contacting BooHoo but can't speak to anyone as they claim they are an online only company so there is no real human you can speak to! Still waiting for a response from this crappy company”
“Multiple problems with my order which meant I had to wait 4 weeks for a refund. You also cannot unsubscribe from their mailing list no matter what you do, the emails continue to come. I'll be looking at how I can raise a formal grievance here as this company is a complete shambles. I have genuinely not experienced worse customer service in all my life. Stay away and do not give them your business. Horrible company, their reviews show.”
“I had two purchases that were sent back to boohoo by the mail carrier due to one number in the zip code being incorrect. I contacted returns to get a full refund and they told me I would get a refund once they recieve the packages and to allow them 28 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) . It's November 10th and I haven't recieved any money back nor any replacement clothing. These orders were placed September 15th and sent back October 2nd! Not to mention the customer service rep told me I would not be able to get replacement clothing from the beginning. I've contacted returns several times to find out when I will get my full refund and nobody has been able to get back to me. If I don't recieve my refund I will make sure to let everyone know not to ever shop at boohoo again and I will be sure to tell everyone how boohoo robbed me of $62!”

“I am a premier member who has placed several orders historically. Placed order for next day delivery and it didn’t come. Boohoo advised was being returned by courier due to incorrect address but would not refund until received back at their warehouse. This left me out of pocket for an item I had never even seen and waiting for a return over which I had no control when and if it was returned! VERY POOR SHOW!!!”
“Fraudsters.. basically sale on buy something from sale ..they offer me free delivery I take it but i as charged full price for the sale good as you can't use two codes at once!!!! I didn't they had a sale on!! You can't enter 2 codes only space for 1 absolutely disgusting service..customer services are a waste of space they don't answer your questions save your money”
“Made an order and they arrived faulty, they will not exchange for new ones and won’t waive the delivery charge if I order again. So basically I have had the privilege of paying for faulty goods to be delivered that is entirely their fault but they will not replace them. Very unhelpful customer service staff.”
